There are still a few minor bugs that plage this series that drive me up the wall but overall good game.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He did have some issues installing on his computer so he emailed customer support. They replied that same day and gave him all kinds of instructions. He was finally able to get the game to work and realized that this game is much more detailed than the Play Station game. He likes the challenge since he pretty much out played the Play Station version.

From previous versions, they've improved the graphics and simplified some of the actions. I'm not crazy about your workers only lasting 3 actions and some of the political system changes. It is impossible not to go to war, hense impossible to not build a large army. If you want to win by other means, it tends to make that a bit difficult. Still pretty and fun as CIV games tend to be.

As a teacher of business course and this game is great in showing how civilizations, governments and faith transpire through time. In addition the game is turn based style so it has a traditional board game feel like RISK! Great for teachers who want to get their business, government, history, and social studies student so more involved while creating a fun atmosphere.

By no means am I an expert Civ-player. I have several of the games, but don't play them all that often. I do enjoy this one. I believe I've put about sixty hours into it both single player as well as multi with friends. My only complaint is that it can be a bit punishing early in the game when you randomly get barbarians with unit levels significantly higher than your own.

Like most other fans, I eagerly awaited the release of the newest Civilization game. Civ 5 was good, I think 6 is better. I didn't have any of the slowdowns or crashes other people reported on launch so I wasn't soured right away like they were. It is a great game out of the box, unlike 5 that required a few expansions first. If you like Civ, you probably already own it, if you've never tried it, give it a shot!

If you like the Civ games, then you'll definitely like Civ 6. It has several improvements over the older games, the most significant of which are the new districts. It revamps other areas as well making for a good Civ experience. The AI isn't very good, but the fun of building your own civ is still the main draw for the Civ games.

Got this for my son for Christmas and I've been playing it too. Good fun. I still love Civ 5. If you've played Civ 5, you should be able to hop into this and learn as you go. There are a lot of differences. This edition has more changes than any of the others and is going to take some getting used to.

It's a lot like Civ V, but obviously added content. The look of the game is different, but the core mechanics are the same. There's nothing wrong with the game, but I wouldn't purchase unless you get some sort of discount- you could probably live with V otherwise.

I have played the Civ games since number three. Each one has added a little more to the picture, a more in depth and involving part of the game. With the introduction of districts and envoys this game takes another step. More than just a city builder, this game requires you to plan and plan ahead. In one word, ADDICTING!!

Anyone that's played Civ for the past several versions will definitely enjoy Civ VI. They made several changes on how you manage city's, research, etc. that make playing much more enjoyable, yet challenging in an all new way. After playing for several weeks I'd say this is my favorite version to date!

I have been playing Civ for a while going back a few generations and have always enjoyed the game play. Civ 6 has some new tactics that I haven't seen in the past which I have to get used to and figure out how to use those resources best

I have always been a huge Civilization fan and this newest entry doesn't disappoint. The inclusion of districts is a welcome edition and really makes a difference when planning out your city layout. All aspects of the game are highly polished and what you would expect from the Civ series.

I personally love this game. It's the most complete version of civ at launch ever made and I have had a great deal of fun with it. The graphics are great, it runs smooth, and I am enjoying the changes and updates made to how civilization plays out. Newcomer or old fan I think it's a great buy.

The game is a lot different than the previous civ games. Game is very pretty and runs fast. The constant interruptions of the other leaders is super annoying. I've put about 50 hrs in so far and still trying to figure it out.

I loved Civ 4, and hated most of Civ5. I've barely scratched the surface of this new installment of Civ, but so far I have loved it. The AI is a little squirrely, but I am sure that will be sorted out when the updates roll out. I'm really looking forward to the expansion packs.

the game is fun but the game got boring playing alone against the AI. the real fun came against other players online...I always play as Gilgamesh since I love the stories of Gilgamesh plus he is awesome in the anime Fate
