Got this from my friend for my birthday and so far, it's been great! Gets the wrinkles out effortless, though the cord could be longer.

I owned a Jiffy Steamer that was given to me by a man at a job that I did at the Natick Mall. It was broken and I repaired it with glue. I replaced the Jiffy Steamer with the Sienna because the glue was a temporary fix and not a permanent solution. I recycled the Jiffy Steamer at Best Buy in Marlborough. The Sienna was the most similar to the Jiffy Steamer because of it's simple and easy to use design. The hose seems to be thinner and slightly shorter. I like the Sienna garment steamer.
