This is a nice looking beverage cooler. It cools quickly and maintains an accurate temperature. It is a little loud when the motor comes on.
The free inside delivery was great.

Pros: Looks good, great price. 2 reasons why I chose it. Cools fine.
Cons: Very loud when cooling (high pitch wine and knocking noises). If you're looking for a quiet cooler look elsewhere. Called Silhouette and they said it gets quieter after a month (break in period)...we'll see. Also bought the matching wine cooler. Not as loud as the bev cooler even though everything seems the same other than the shelves. Also, bought it online and had many delivery issues with Best Buy. By the time I received it and starting using it, it was past the return period (because of a move). So, I'm stuck with it until it breaks to try to get it fixed. It is under warranty (which is a good 24 months) however, if the service person comes out and says its ok (with the noise) then I'm on the hook for the service call. I know how that disagreement will go. Lesson learned - try before you buy!
