I purchased this device at Best Buy. The device itself is eligible for unlocking, but simple mobile has a policy that prevents it from being eligible until you invest 12 months of money into their service. It's a financial trap, and they should be put out of business. As with most horrible companies, they will redirect you to legal policies that allow them to be horrible people, without taking the blame for abusing their customers. Technology is supposed to make people's lives better, not worse. Instead I find myself calling their customer service hotline like a circus dog jumping through their hoops.

This the phone size I was looking for that fits well in my hands. Small and easy to use. I love apple stuff.

Finally upgraded and got this gem. Face ID is a time saver and iOS runs smooth. Left my 6 behind and battery lasts all day, pictures are clear and screen is much better. Do t hesitate and take advantage of the promotions at B.B. instead of your carrier. Sprint was offering $100 mail in for a Visa card for our whole family and B.B. gave us $200 gift card per line to upgrade

Initially I purchased this phone to use on T-Mobile service but since it needed to be unlocked I just started using it on Simple Mobile. It’s a good inexpensive iPhone. I’m used to an iPhone 6 Plus so it’s a bit small for me but it’s perfect for my 10 year old son.

I live in the mountains. The cell part doesn't work but the wifi works and it's compatible with Ford Sync and works automatically when I turn on the ignition. So when I go into town my cell works right away and call someone just by saying a name which is great when I'm in a hurry.The features are nice and faster than my ipod 5. I have to charge the battery every day though but it may be the altitude. Picture and video quality is excellent!

I waited for this phone to come down in price for years! Now that I have it, I love it! I have not had any problems. Apple is the best maker of Macs and iPhones! I will never go back to a PC or any other brand of phone, as long as I can afford Apple!

Paid online picked up in store smoothly. Set it up as soon as I got home, everything you need for setup is in box. Option for prepaid card was available in store but I simply chose the $40 plan and synced the account to my credit card. Just download the simple mobile app and with a few easy steps, you're easy to talk. Since it's and apple product, an apple ID is necessary for full access to the iPhone. Got it for my 12 yr old in that rose gold color and she is impressed so far, it's also on the WiFi and has the possibility to become a Hotspot for other devices to connect for Internet.

Great starter phone for a teen that didn’t cost to much. Features are amazing as always.

I think it's a great iPhone at this price, if you can use Simple Mobile services. Keep in mind you can't get it unlocked for another carrier unless you use it on Simple Mobile for 12 months. This might be a deal breaker for many.

Phone is amazing and works well. Keeps me organized and love the phone I bought it for educational purposes and and learning so much I will be a Carrington Student.
