This sim kit was so easy to install and use, I put it in an old iPhone and it updated and we had access right away, you have to have a calling card with it to establish a new phone number. So far the service has been great.

Great service, my friend was in the country temporarily and needed a service provider without a contract. Simple mobile provided this need without any problems. Both text and calls were fast and reliable. The internet connections was pretty good as well. You can also add credits electronically when your months credit runs out. Youll get a message from Simple mobile on your last day of the 30 day credit load. I highly recommend Simple mobile!

just have to follow the directions and things work out pretty smoothly. a lot easier and cost efficient than buying a new phone

If you have a good coverage in your area form tmobile go ahead not disappointment. Simple have good plans and include roaming in center america plus 10 bucks for international calls.

I bought the 5G SIM version for my new Pixel 4a 5G phone and for my surprise I was not able to transfer my old number to the new SIM card. I spent more than 45 min with Tech Support on the phone and at the end I had to get a new number to activate the New SIM with the New Phone. Great monthly low price but poor Tech Support

A goodish SIM card kit. My issue is after install the kit, simple mobile system not recognize this SIM card, so it seems it need to activate before it ship out. I contacted Best Buy and the mobile team helped me to activate the card, I can then to use this SIM card to activate from simple mobile. If this require activation from Best Buy, then it should activate it first before send the customer.
