SIM Kit Excellent TracFone Technical Support Not

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although this SIM Kit installed perfectly and TracFone Simple Mobile account setup was indeed simple - At least (6) out of (8) Simple Mobile technical support personnel including Supervisors, failed to properly follow their own procedures and provide proper APN settings to enable my MOTO Z3 Play data stream to function properly. They falsely blamed the phone manufacturer for not providing latest firmware software to save their APN settings, T-Mobile network signal strength, and made other excuses which prevented them from correcting the problem until I actually figured it out and challenged them. As a result I learned a lot but lost a lot of time troubleshooting the problem and lost first first (5) days of service. Other than that T-Mobile service has been reliable.

Simple Mobile

I am on the Totally Unlimited Plan that includes International Calling and Roaming in 16 Countries. I do recommend Simple Mobile (check with T-Mobile to ensure you have coverage) for almost everyone.
