There are some wonderful features, such as screen quality, camera quality, speed, up to date OS, removable battery and appearance to recommend this phone. If you purchase one, get a protective case--not a decorative one--and a screen protector. The back is plastic and the glass doesn't appear to be toughened. A friend's phone shattered after one accidental drop from hip height. Despite being "powered" by TMobile, you MUST purchase a service plan from SimpleMobile. You cannot merely transfer your T-Mobile SIM card and use this phone. Although it is a GSM phone, it is a TracFone and cannot be unlocked and used outside the US unless you meet special qualifications.If you are in the military and are posted overseas, Simple Mobile MAY unlock it for you. You will need to provide a copy of your orders to confirm your posting. (A useful customer service number is 888-442-5102.) Since I wanted a phone for home and travel, this phone was returned.

I love almost everything about this phone. It works great, good sound and clarity. I love the cameras, both are high quality. It is consistent and has few problems. The only issues are the memory uses up too fast and there is no slot for an SD card.

Good value for the price. Very basic and great fro beginners. Nothing fancy, just a regular smart phone with limited storage and speed.

My 10 year old grandson needed an inexpensive phone to use. He has no cell service only wifi. He likes the capabilities of this phone.

Features and ease of use are great. This phone has all the features that you could want from a smartphone, without the contract and high cost. The phone is a gift for my mother and she has really enjoyed using the technology.

Once I dropped it it started working slower than it already was. If you use a lot will last about a year then slow down

It seems to be a good phone with good resolution and speed. However, I read the box wrong. I needed it for a T-Mobile prepaid sim card. Says it works on the T-Mobile network, but not directly for T-Mobile. Do not buy if you need a new phone for your T-Mobile service. Get an unlocked phone instead. I returned this and did that. But if you need a new service, maybe this will work for you.

I have played around with my friends phone and they were happy with it so I got one too. I had to return it because the sale guy told me that this phone would work with a Tmobile sim card since it was on the Tmobile towers. After reading reviews oabout the phone not working with tmobile, I didn't want to open it and then it didn't work. So I returned it and got an unlocked phone that was compatible with Tmobile. I really wanted this phone though.
