Worst choice ever!

The Simple Plan gave me the run around, refused to help me activate it and then hung up on me when I asked to talk to a Supervisor! Total waste of time! It says on the box that T- Mobile was the phones supporter, yet when I took them the phone they said there is nothing they can do to help me! That they actually have nothing to do with the phones. They also told me that the serves for those phones are completely horrible!
