It actually comes with 2 sims in the packaging, nano sim and micro sim. Just activate the one that fits your phone. You can even port your number as well.

Fairly Simple Setup

Simple Mobile SIM card kit

But the purchase and delivery was as easy and quick as expected from Best Buy. I will update my review when I start using the item.

The other is a nano sim card. The only issue I had was removing the micro sim from within the standard sim required the use of an x-acto blade in order to not damage the sim. Other than that, installation and online sim registration were very straightforward.
