    Had to wait an entire hour because it wouldn't activate at the register. The cloud hung up on the employee trying to call for help meanwhile I had to stand the whole time. I was offered a chair but at that point I was just irritated. I thought I was getting a deal but I didn't. In the end my SIM card worked as expected.

    Needed a SIM for an iPhone 5, was handed a Dual SIM and told ..would fit. There were 2 snap out sizes. 1standard, and 1 micro. I could visualize the nano, but didn't see any pop out edges. Called Simple Mobile was told by 2 agents it' pops out. After destroying the card the 3rd agent informed me it was the wrong card kit. Complete waste of time
