After months of research I decided on Simplisafe. Extremely happy with the system. Works just as advertised. Feeling safer than I have in years. I had an issue with the tower in setup. Called support and they determined I had a bad phone card. They shipped me another one with the directions to install it in my tower. Computer setup was super easy and phone ap works great. I did find that the sticky pads on the motion sensors does not work if you plan on hanging it in a corner, but some very tiny screws are included. The only complaint is that when I come home in the dark I cannot see the numbers on the keypad. It does not light up until the code is entered. I knew about this tho from previous reviews. i just keep a tiny flashlight near the keypads. I did add and extra keypad by the back door. My dog sometimes needs to go out in the middle of the night. Again I can't see numbers in the dark so i keep a flashlight near that keypad too. Overall I am extremely happy with this system and have already added an extra keypad, motion detector and keychain. Love being able to add extras when I want. Lightening fast calls when system is in test and alarm mode. When you register you are given a free month of monitoring and they threw in another month when I had to wait for a sim card replacement. So for now I have full service with text messages and calls. I may cut back later to 14.99, but for now 24.99 is a great price for the full service while I am still learning. I can to arm and disarm from anywhere.

I like it but the siren was not loud. The response time in at least a minute.

This DIY alarm got great reviews so I thought I'd try it out. Didn't want to run wires all over the house, so this wireless system fit the bill. Very easy to setup right out of the box. Easily setup on their site as well. The iPhone app makes it easy to arm and disarm the system from anywhere. So far i really like it and the monthly fee for central station is very reasonable.

If you have a lot of equipments using wifi, make sure it didn't mess up the wifi. We had this problem and still trying to solve it. Rather than that, it is a pretty good security system.

Dead easy to install and the web page interface makes it really easy to customize. The text alerts work absolutely seamlessly and I really appreciate knowing exactly what's going on at home in my absence. Such an improvement over the technology of the flaky alarm system I put up with for years.

It's so easy to set up and it's not complicated at all for biginner like me. This product is powerful enough to scare away intruders and with the option to be connected to authorities. I love this Simplisafe. It will keep my family safe as long as my Simplisafe is working and running.

I did the set up by myself with no help. Easy to install and easy to work. The directions were well done. Like the monthly fee. Much better than I was paying before. Works well. And testing is easy too. Much happier than my last alarm system.

Very happy with the system that we purchased. I did a lot of researching for what security system we wanted to put in our new business and this was finally what was chosen. Easy to set up and monitor the system with the online dashboard.

Alarm system is very good. The best feature that I like, worth the cost in my opinion, is that there is no required annual contract'. I like being able to turn on the remote alarm monitoring as I feel I need to.

We've had this for over a year and test it out every once in a while. Immediately get a call from dispatch to get the secret word. Works great and the monthly fee is much cheaper than others.

This system was a great system for the DIY customer. Easy to install and get up and running. Works great. Only problem was the original siren. Was not loud enough. Purchased the additional alarm and it is fine now.

Alarm System is very easy to install and support is very responsive. Very compatible to systems provided by commercial alarm companies. You also have option of system to being monitored. Very reasonably priced.

every easy to install, the web interface was also easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

works great..they call when ever the alarm goes off... when we added the glass breaker they call to verify we had the system in safe mode to do a test very good company

We looked at just about every comparable system and went with this one. No regrets. It sets up easy. Less than 30 minutes and were not experts with electronics.

The principal approach to a security system appears to be sound and at this early stage seems be an adequate for the purpose use.

I like the easy install and the affordable monthly fees. My only issue is that their products look a little dated.
