I set off the alarm by mistake, while letting the dog out. I quickly realized my mistake and called the monitoring company to stop the response. By the time I hung up the phone I had a police officer at my front door. This system works like a champ and I get a discount on my home owners insurance for installing it.

I purchased this product for my parents new home. I didn't want them to have to sign a contract with any security monitoring company so I thought this would be a great alternative. It's extremely simple to use and anyone can set this up. We did have to purchase a few more sensors to complete the project but that just shows how customizable this is. My parents love it and feel safe and secure using this. I couldn't be happier!

I absolutely love this system. I had some trouble when I was hooking it up because they come standard with a T-Mobil card. Unfortunately, it did not work in my area. Customer service was awesome and had a Verizon card out to me in 2 days. If you are even considering it, get it. My wife sleeps so much better now when I am out of town. And the great part is I receive txt alerts when I"m gone so I know they are all safe and sound.

Acquired the necessary local government permit on-line. Also, set up the 24/7 monitoring on-line. Have used the system for over a month now without a hitch. Can access up to date system status with my cell phone. Love this quality system.

I purchased this as I was moving into a new house! I installed it in 30 minutes without any issues and when I did contact customer service they answered quickly and solved my problem in a timely manner! Also when an alarm is triggered you receive a phone call almost instantly! Very happy with this product!

seems like a good product but they send the unit with t mobile. Tmobile doesnt work in my aera i even told them i need a verzion one but they said they all get shipped with t mobile. So i had to call to switch it out. Its a free switch but I havent tried it yET

My dad recently got this and I helped him set it up. Setup was really easy. Seems like it will be a pretty nice system for a DIY security system. I would recommend this to someone just looking for a basic security system that is easy to setup and manage.

I have been an ADT user for over 10 years and made the switch to Simplisafe. It was very easy to set-up. The videos made it a snap. Took approximately one hour to set up the whole system. The ap is as good as the ADT ap for a fraction of the cost.

SimpliSafe Home Security system is very good. Easy to install and get operational. Great value and no monitoring fees if you choose not to sign-up for service. If you want monitoring it is only only to month.
