    I love this system because it allows me to add the components I want when I want. Very responsive support. When accidentally setting the system off, I received a phone call within 5 seconds.

    Setup was not as seamleas as the commercials would lead you to believe, Still easy to use, only basic monitoring was 15 mo the default is 30 which includes Internet access to system.

    After 6 months, only 3 issues, 2 parts replaced by company. Easy to add sensors and now, so far, smooth running system.

    I bought this system because I thought I could monitor the house from my smart phone without a monthly service fee. Unfortunately you need the $22 / mo plan to do this. It looks like a good system but Im not away enough to justify the monthly cost.

    Easy to install and setup. Base station keeps flashing annoying blue light, unless you connect and pay for monitoring service. Which I didn't want.

    Yes u should have read the description more thoroughly, but it's only sensors. I guess I assumed for the price there was a camera included.
