Although it didn't get started on the right track ( Main Base was defective) Simpli safe customer service overnight me a new base. Very easy to set up. entry sensors are very good and hi tech versus the old fashion sensors you would normally expect. Membership ranges between 15-25 $ monthly but if you live in a multi apartment building you don't need the membership as the alarm would alert everyone ( Very loud). The Camera again is unnecessarily if you live in such a building but if you are in a house it is a must have. Also the key fob is not a good idea unless you give it to someone you trust outside your household as a backup

Good quality, like the design, battery operated for blackouts, easy to install. Downside, the mobile application is worthless without purchasing a 35$ monitoring monthly plan. Very limited without a plan. Doorbell is made to work with an analog bell. Sensors works good.

So happy we went with SimpliSafe. User friendly and the app is easy to navigate. Even if you don’t sign up for the monthly monitoring service, you get quality video and audio. I did have to upgrade my router/wifi so it could run properly. I did misunderstand the doorbell camera, I assumed I could still use it even if I don’t have a doorbell but I can’t so I’m out money on that piece.

The one we bought had an old Vodafone cellular card in it but SimpliSafe overnighted a new card to install which was extremely simple to put in. The doorbell works great and has much faster response times than the nest doorbell that we replaced.

The SimpliSafe security system is an excellent product, easy to install, easy to use.

Our daughter researched all the DIY safety systems and SimplySafe was the winner. So easy to install and it has the lowest monthly cost for being able to view live. Very happy with this purchase. Our daughter has it and we got it too.

I got this thinking I could avoid having to purchase a monthly subscription but you need it just to link it to Alexa.

Extremely easy to install for the basic system. i could not use the doorbell camera as i do not have a wire doorbell. i am working on getting that changed.

Best Value for an overall security system. Functions adequately. Use this to monitor a semi-vacant family property. The water sensor worked well when tested. Set it up in a basement that has had flooding issues in the past. Help us keep an eye on the home from afar. And customer service is great!

Actually only wanted the Doorbell, Keypad and sensor to add onto my existing system! Was cheaper to buy this kit and have in reserve the control base then buying separate! This was one a price match deal from somewhere! Being an elite plus has its advantages!

I hate this product. It isn't compatible with my doorbell so it won't ring when anyone tries to ring the doorbell. It requires a subscription that doesn't even work half the time. And don't bother with customer service since you'll wait for at least an hour to even get someone on the line.
