The sales person was very helpful and we got this item at a great price. The system is very easy to install and they offer online support if needed. This is an expandable system that will meet all of our needs.

If you are on a budget and want the option of not paying for monitoring while still having home security this is it. I like it, could have a little better keypad with additional options.

The system installed in about 40 minutes,very easy. The set up for the monitoring service took about 30 minutes. System works great,no need for a phone line,it uses it's on cell phone service.

Easy install and very good base system. Would like to see WIFI connectivity for management and alerts without a pay plan. Would also like to see integration with cameras and other home automation.

Wanted to get a DIY installation security system for the new house and I couldn't be happier. The instructions are easy to follow and the system just blends in with the house. I accidentally triggered the alarm once by opening a door as I forgot the alarm was on and within a minute, simplisafe was calling me to confirm if it was a real emergency. Easy to use and quick response. Unfortunately, simplisafe still needs to figure out how to integrate with IoT devices. I have the echo, google home, a few hue lights, nest cams and the ring doorbell. It would be lovely if simplisafe could work with some of all of those devices together to enhance the security system experience and capabilities.

It is very easy to set up, program and use. The only issue I have is the lack of volume from the console. When I am upstairs I can’t hear it. Otherwise love it.

This product is a great value, but be sure you factor in local costs like the permit you may have to buy from your city in order to have the police come to the home. Also, the UX/UI of the Product screens are abhorrent-but most likely comparable to others. System could announce what is open...audio for the label (“door is open”, “window is open”, rather than “door OR window is open”)

Easy install, great value. Only reason for 4 stars is because I has some trouble linking to the dispatch center, but it fixed itself within a few hours.

This system was easy to install and I am happy with the performance. I did not want to be in a long term contract for monitoring. I would recommend this system.

Set up is easy...extra sensors and other cameras for outside pricey. Not sure if I can try and pair my own cameras to this system.

I have not used the security system yet but am very familiar with it. This is by far the most affordable, user friendly, reliable system out there.

I bought this for a piece of mind when i'm home alone at night. i was a little worried cause it wasn't a brand i knew, but the price was good and the reviews were great so i gave it a try. my experience has been great the alarm works great.along with the sensors.But the batteries in my keypad kept going out so i contact the company and they sent a replacement keypad out, via ups at no charge. I love this product it does what its supposed to do and the customer service is nice and they treat you with respect and they stand behind their product.

This system was so easy to install! It works great and the price is reasonable. This system works as advertised and does exactly what we wanted!

I purchased the basic unit - door/window sensors and one motion detector. The plan and equipment was very straightforward. I'm impressed with the ease of installation and the convenience of the associated app. Setup took less than five minutes - reading the manual and figuring out where I wanted to stick the equipment took longer than the actual setup. Having the first few days to test was a welcome offer. There was an inadvertent set off of the alarm, but since I was in test mode, it turned out simply to be a good learning experience.

The equipment is a little outdated looking, but where the system lacks in looks in more than makes up for in reliability and overall ease of use. The sensors are super easy to setup (although I do wish the screws it came with were better). I also wish that the started kit came with one more motion sensor instead of 4 window/door sensors, but still a great place to start and you can always add more later. Overall great product and gives my wife and I peace of mind.

I purchased this alarm system based on the reviews I read on a variety of sites and had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, after 48 hours this purchase is going back to the store. The first 24 hours were very positive. It was very easy to install and confirm alarm installation with Simplisafe. Last night, the system alerted for two of the four sensors with low battery levels, which may be the achilles heal of this system. Add the fact that the panel display is not backlit, I will be returning this system to the store today.

Easy to set up downloading the app was easy setting up is easy. No glitches so far no problems connecting to it to arm or disarm which we have had in the past with contracted alarm systems.

After initial setup trouble shooting, the product works as expected. Two factors to bear in mind: (1) The effective decibel level of the siren in the base unit is not at the level that we would have liked. The siren is nearly inaudible on the second floor. (2) The connectivity between the key pad and the base unit was an issue when the two were placed on separate floors.
