This product is easy to install and the monitoring works! I love that there are no contracts required and I can take the equipment with me when I move. I’m glad I made this purchase.

I love this system.... every easy to install. I suggest buying the additional siren for a louder alarm. This system replaced a Simon system and I like this much better. Not quite as full featured but does the job well. I particularly like the keychain device. Will probably purchase a second one.

We use to have ADT and it was good in the old days when monopolies were in. We didn't mind paying $80 per month :( When I saw this system, it peeked my interest because I wanted an inexpensive security solution that would pay for itself. How does it pay for itself -- Home Insurance Policy discount. When you add a smoke detector, which we did, the discount is greater. We set up with the basic Central Monitoring plan $180 per year, received a free month and saved over $240 on our insurance. Installation was a breeze and most importantly we are in total control --- no more mysterious rate increase with no added benefits .... Sorry ADT.

This is a DIY persons dream. Just with I could get phone notifications without membership. But the great thing is you can activate and deactivate at anytime

One reason I purchased this system was to save money on monitoring costs. I'm saving about 50% verses my previous monitoring company. I like the expandable nature of the system, and I added a glass break sensor after the purchase of the base system. The only problem I've had is with the smart phone app. It frequently takes multiple attempts to arm or disarm the system using the app.

Great value for a smaller home. Not enough door/window sensors for me. I bought the next size up in it's place.

After a good bit of research we decided to try the SimpliSafe alarm system. Setup was very easy and we really like the online system control. The base unit has a battery backup and calls out by a built in cell phone - so if the power or phone lines are disabled the system can still operate and call in an alarm. The sensors are all battery powered and the base unit regularly polls them to make sure they are active. If any do not respond the base will notify you of which ones to check. You can assign labels in the software to make it easy to keep track of which sensors are active and if they are triggered. The motion sensor is very sensitive, but is not activated by our house pets - just as advertised. Monthly monitoring is less than any competitor I checked and is completely optional - no contract. The availability of additional system add ons is a positive; the lack of possible integration with other home automation equipment is a negative. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and have recommended it to family and neighbors.

This was a gift for my girlfriend. I installed it without any problems and is working great. It is a replacement system for one that did not work.

This is a very good and easy to use home security system. It's user friendly, and the service requires no contract. The price for both system and service are very affordable. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they are good for the price. This is a very smart and excellent system among all the systems you can get in the market.
