I should have purchases the larger combo. Very easy to install. I’m a single woman, not tech savvy and this was very simple.

Security system is easy to set up. Will be adding smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to the system later. Excellent product.

Does what a security system does, without breaking the bank! UI on app could be better but it is hard to beat the price.

The system is easy to setup the first time. The keypad and sensors mount use the supplied double sided tape. The base station has a strong wireless signal (its own SSID) as it is able to monitor my shed which is about 50 feet away. The base station communicates with SimpliSafe using their cellular network. I had my base station go out recently and I was sent a replacement at no charge as long as I return the bad one using their prepaid shipping label. Great customer service! My system came with a large key FOB and after carrying it around in my pants pockets, the end cap would come off and get lost. After going through two of these, I decided not to use it. The new systems come with a smaller FOB. With the phone app, you can monitor the system remotely and even turn the alarm on and off even when you are not close by. With the optional camera, you can watch the live video feed from it.

Gave this to my daughter when she moved into her Own apartment. Makes me feel she is safe! Very easy to set up and use

So far, so good. Just set it up and was pleased with ease of use. The system had pre-programmed sensors. It let me know when the sensors were not set up or working right. Like the intgration with my smart phone.

really like the way it sets up ,if you get extra package wright down the senor numbers before putting them up

After researching different security systems and companies, we decided to go with this one. A great choice on our part! Easy setup and a great price. We were able to go on vacation with more peace of mind knowing that we were getting instant updates to our cell phones with any security activity.

After 20+ years with one security company, my system went down. Their solution - Send out a service tech for $$$, charge for every half hour to find the problem, then upgrade if all else fails. My solution - Get Simplisafe! It was an easy install.. done in one afternoon and this included same day pick-up. The only "problem" I had was deciding where to place all the sensors. The 8-piece system includes a base station, keypad, 4 window/door sensors, a free remote and a motion detector. The motion detector itself eliminated the need for any window/door sensors in my main room. It also came with a bonus - another motion detector, 1 glass break and 2 more door/window sensors. For way less money AND for only 50% of their monthly monitoring charge, I more than covered my bases with Simplisafe!

This is a great system. Very easy to install and use. We've had it for a few months. No false alarms.

Easy to install, and set up. I added an additional key chain remote and outside siren.

I purchased this product through Best Buy at a great price. It was very easy to "install" and set up. I did have some difficulty connecting to the cellular, but after contacting their customer service department, I found out that it was because it came with a T-Mobile base and I needed a Verizon base. They sent me a Verizon base quickly and free of charge. The cellular works great now! Excellent customer service from SimpliSafe!

Easy setup. Had few initial hickups. but installed successfully. Good product.

I didn't want to get into a long contract with ADT so I got this and I pay $25 against "starting at" $29 at ADT for the monitoring plus whatever hardware I need, I just order online and they deliver it to me. I can cancel monitoring anytime and still have the alarm without police dispatch. It works just as good if not better than ADT and you install it yourself. Just make sure you buy a better double sided tape as you can't trust the ones it comes with depenging on your walls paint.
