Really like this, installed in 30 minutes and I'm not that great an installer. What I really like is the Simplisafe system talks to it, so I set it to automatically lock the door if unlocked for 15 minutes AND it will lock the door if I go to HOME mode. Unlocking it with the PIN pad also turns off the alarm, which makes good sense. I kept the original lock key in a keyvault outside, so if it failed to open one day I could still get in the house. I like it.

I like this a lot. Easy to install and use. It was also free with the package I received.

The installation was super easy. It is so simple to use and easily connects to the app. I haven’t had any issues with it at all.

this lock works , i have the hole system, for my house i would get the hole system if you started with SimpliSafe,

I purchased this expecting it to work with my deadbolt and sadly it didn’t. The bolts for my kwikset deadbolt were too long to securely attach the bracket that this thing attaches to. I explained my issue to SimpliSafe and they told me my lock wasn’t compatible. They offered me 3 months of free monitoring because I was forced to get a new deadbolt. I purchased a Schlage deadbolt from Home Depot and it worked perfectly with the smart lock. SimpliSafe did provide good customer service but I wish they would submit a compatibility list. They make it seem as though it will fit on any single cylinder deadbolt but that isn’t the case. If you have Schlage locks, you’re good to go. Be careful with kwikset though. They may not be compatible. Not sure of any other brands. The technician at SimpliSafe recommended the Schlage.

Does exactly what I need it to do. Very easy to install. Great addition to my Simplisafe system.

Smart lock that just works for getting into the house or garage.

Love this so much that I bought another. Gives me peace of mind that when my husband leaves the door unlocked it will lock itself. I love the keypad for entry especially when I don't want to fumble for my keys. Also great for guests, because you can give them their own code so they can get in your house if you need them too without worrying about giving out/getting back your keys. Install was super fast and easy too.

I would recommend SimpliSafe Smart Lock. Note that you do need the SimpliSafe base unit for the lock to work, however, I recommend their security system and you also need the base unit for that. Easy to install and I did not have to wait when I called their help number. My favorite feature is that you can set the door to lock after 30 seconds so I never have to worry about locking the door.

Great product. Easy to set up. Even better as we got off on sale, “dream of the day.”

I love getting home and being able to unlock my house without looking for keys

This deadbolt and keypad are great to add to the SimpliSafe security system. It is easy to install and looks good. You can set how long before the deadbolt locks after closing your door and it is simple to unlock or lock from the keypad. I bought one for the front and back doors.

Overall very good lock which was relatively easy to install and use. One drawback is that you can't set codes for people to use independent of the alarm system.

Its an amazing security lock. It has such amazing features and its been working well so far
