Good at temperature sensing

Especially great at detecting temps when it gets very cold. Great to have in places like the basement or on an outside wall with little insulation . Nice to be alerted by simply safe.

Well, with temperatures over the last few months hovering in the 80's and 90's, these really haven't been put to the test. But every other SimpliSafe product I have purchased has worked to perfection.

Nothings frozen yet, so....
...it’s 90 freaking degrees this afternoon so it’s unlikely to go off today, but this does inspire me to put it in the freezer and test it.... SimpliSafe stuff has been great quality and very dependable

The temp setting is off. I used this in an RV and it was never accurate - at the low (winter) or high (summer) ends.

Sorry to hear that you had so much trouble. The Temperature Sensor updates once an hour, so yours may have just needed time to adjust to new temps. Our Support team can also help with further troubleshooting.
