Great to have in places like the basement or on an outside wall with little insulation . Nice to be alerted by simply safe.

But every other SimpliSafe product I have purchased has worked to perfection.

SimpliSafe stuff has been great quality and very dependable

Posted .Sorry to hear that you had so much trouble. The Temperature Sensor updates once an hour, so yours may have just needed time to adjust to new temps. Our Support team can also help with further troubleshooting.
