Awesome picture frame! Great size! My fiancé loves it and photos are crisp and clear! Definitely recommend this! *not battery operated* *plug in only*

This was not my 1st purchase. The 1st one i got doesn't display the pictures properly, i get streaks in the middle of the images and returned it. Then i got this. So much better, touch screen and easy to navigate. Pictures and videos are displayed correctly. The purpose of getting this frame was my Pops (fur baby) passed away recently and thought of having 1400 media files (not enough) for me to see every day.

Received an used one. This is not a fair selling from Bestbuy. I never got such an used product in the name of a new one. Wasted amount on getting a refurbished one

I like the concept. I really like the number of pictures it holds. I like the adjustments that are available under settings. I do not like the app. I would have thought that it would have mirrored the Frame. I believe all adjustments should be able to be made from the app, but unfortunately all it does is allows you to load the pictures. That in itself is a chore. I would recommend to a friend because of the final outcome only.

Crystal clear pics, easy to connect to WiFi/set up & do easy to use! Download the app, select pictures & they are on their way to whomever is in the other end of the frame. Had a difficult time changing locations for weather when I set up the gift but it was easily updated be the recipient. Several family members send pictures to the frame from different states. Brilliant gift! Just be sure there is someone able to establish wifi connection on the other end.

While not incredibly easy to set up, once you get there this is a great investment. We bought a few of these to gift to our kids’ grandparents. Not only do they get to see rotating photos of their grandkids (and us), we can also update the photos remotely. No further actions required by the grandparents! The frames can be oriented landscape or profile, and there are multiple mats included.

I bought this for my mother who was in a nursing home so she could see newer pictures of the family and she wouldn’t be seeing the same picture all the time. I fell in love with it when I was setting it up. The pictures are so clear and easy to see. My brothers could also send pictures to it. Then when my mother died we were able to select just pictures of her to be on display in this frame at the viewing. No need to cut and paste pictures to a poster board.

I purchased this item to surprise my wife. Upon receiving the item I wrapped it up and gave it to my wife she was so happy she uploaded many pictures, The quality of the photos that were uploaded are amazing this is a wonderful product especially good for Christmas gifts. Bought this for mother in law. So easy for the whole family to use. We have passed around the info to everyone so we can all add to it. Pictures look good, it does need the ability to run longer videos.

Good quality. It does not take 256 gigabyte sd cards. It works great the it plays the videos with sound.

Purchased as a gift for my mother , and she loves it . My brother and I downloaded the app and added the frame code and can send photos and videos straight to her frame from our location. My mother is not social media savvy , so this makes for a perfect way to share all them memorial moments from one click . Super easy to use . Will be buying my grandparents one soon , makes for a great gift!!

This was a gift for my parents who have everything. They love it! Extremely easy to set up and they love that they can see what the grandkids are doing. My kids like to share pictures too as well which makes them feel closer. Takes all of 5 minutes to set up and get things going. The APP is ok but I found emailing pictures to be a lot better and easier incase they happen to unplug the unit. The frame is nice but you can also mount it on a wall if you'd like for a smaller footprint.

Got this for grandparents so they could see photos from all the grandkids. It's a decent frame, easy to upload (all via app) and seems sturdy. The only thing I would change is the quality of the photos on the frame aren't the best resolution. But overall good frame if you are looking for something easy for grandparents and easy for multiple ppl to add to the frame from all over the world.

I purchased this as a gift to my mom. I had purchased two previously and we both love them. I’m not sure about hers but the ones I had purchased before didn’t have a backing so you need to purchase something to hold it up. It wasn’t a big deal as I found some online. It has holes in back if you want to hang it but I don’t think anybody would as it always has to be plugged in for power. I’m able to send photos directly from my phone to the frame. App (for this frame) is ok the reason this doesn’t get a 5 star review.

This digital photo frame is very user-friendly (my grandma was able to set it up all on her own)! One of the best features is that anyone with the frame's email address can send photos directly to it! Such a great and easy way to share memories with one another quickly!

I love this frame. It is so easy to operate. I love how it is touch screen and easy to send pictures to it. It literally took me 5 minutes to set up to my wifi and add some pictures. I like how I can receive pics from other people to, just by giving them the picture frame email
