One of the best, if not the best, seasons of the Simpsons. Going into the physical release itself, there are a couple minor flaws. First, like season 7, the outer boxing needs to be unfolded awkwardly on the sides to slip the DVD housing free. Second, the deleted scenes are viewable only by playing the episode with them included and pressing a button when a symbol appears on the screen. It's a disorienting and really flawed system. But minor complaints overall.

I have the first 10 seasons on DVD but this one was stolen a few years ago. Glad to have it back in the collection! It was a great deal, too!

Simpsons was still going strong in Season 8. Nice packaging and overall high quality, just like the previous seasons.

The Simpsons are awesome. I love watching them. I wish they would come out with a 25 seasons all in one.

Someone stole my season 8 of the simpsons. So, I had to purchase it again. It is so worth it, though!

Great season of Simpsons before the storytelling got stale and recycled. My fave episode is "baby on board" a tribute to the Beatles!

Of a show that put out some incredible seasons, this is my personal favorite. I don't think it gets much better. The bonus features are great. The commentaries alone show that the creators really care about the show

i love this season it is sooooo funny. i have every dvd ever released by the simpsons . even bart wars and i love every minute of it. i am going to purchase the new season this week and ill be sure to write more reviews

Season 8 of The Simpsons is one of the funniest seasons of The Simpsons. Every single episode is laugh out loud funny. This a great DVD set for anyone who is a fan of the show.

As usual this is another great series. A little pricey for a cartoon buy you'll watch every single episode at least three times. Great buy for the family (kind of!).

I love the humor & the pop culture references in the Simpsons. As an X-Files fan, my favorite episode is "The Springfield Files".

Bought this season for my cousin who is a longtime Simpsons fan and he loved it.

This season of the simpsons has very good episodes but not as many classics. Worth the $40
