Bad experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Insignia Rock Speaker on 07/26/2010 in preparation for upcoming backyard event (cookout). After placing the speakers in my backyard they only lasted about 1.5hr. The BASE (Woofer) went out. I thought it was my receiver or the gemini iTRAX for my iPOD. I hooked up a second set of speakers and had no issue with the base. I am glad I purchase the 4YR Home Spkr BTP. The downside is that the closes BEST Buy is approx. 1 hr drive (What an inconvenience). I hope this was just an isolated incident. Time will tell when I replace them.

Good Price, Not good in sound

After spending a few hours of running wires to the back yard I thought I was going to be blown away by the sound that everyone had given great reviews on. Hardly. The sound inside was loud through the indoor speakers but the sound outside was weak. I guess its what you get for the price!
