Damaged on arrival.

Bought it as a gift. Recipient was pleased to get it, but when they opened the box found that one of the spool holder pegs was broken off. We plan on returning it to hopefully get one that isn't damaged on arrival! If we can get an undamaged machine the star ratings below would change!
