I got this one because I was able to price match with a sale & wanted a back up. I love love my Singer Surger. It's such a little powerhouse machine. I'm amazed at the thick fabrics it handles with ease. Even heavy denim & thick upholstery. I've been a confident Singer Serger user for over 30 years.. my 1st was a Singer ultralock in 1987. This model is exceptionally easy to use runs like a dream.

It does the job it's supposed to do. I had never used a serger before, so there was a slight learning curve to threading it. It has written instructions and of course you can actually watch one being threaded thanks to YouTube. I'm happy with this purchase.
