The agent (Andrew) installed and pre-wired everything for the subwoofer install. Everything sounds so much better abs would definitely recommend coming back to him!

I bought my system at the Best Buy on 20th street and camelback. Anthony the installer helped us pick out the best components inside the store and then did an expert job installling and tuning the system.

All you need when you buy an electronic from Best Buy. It will save you time and money to repair your device after manufacture warranty has ended. Plus it’s inexpensive.

Phone support helped me schedule the Sub install, but she scheduled me for a 4:45pm appointment for the wrong installation service. I didn’t know that the car audio department closes at 5, but obviously, neither did she. So I paid $20 for just the opportunity to make an appointment that never happened. Other than that, she was very nice.

The guys at the Greece NY store went above and beyond. They took every environmental aspect into consideration. That is an important thing because my subs sound just as good with my top down and they do with it up.

I had the same installer for my speakers...great work. Only problem is that my door speakers ground out every once in awhile...but has to do with the limited space for it...still working on solving it.

rep for best buy was great. he let me know how long it would take, found me the best package deal and also called me 15 minutes before it was ready.
