The remote was handy but other than that the antenna got terrible reception inside my apartment and the unit was pretty much unusable. Sirius needs to remedy this and make the antennas pick up better signal inside homes as I did not want to run the wire outside of my home.

I had an old radio with a lifetime subscription that hadn't been used in a very long time. Saw this and decided to grab it. Love it. The antenna cord is a little bit of a pain but it works great! Attach it to an existing portable speaker and you're good to go.

I purchased the home installation kit to go along with the replacement radio for our pickup truck. The home installation was simple and everything I needed was supplied in the kit. Now we can listen I n the house when we aren't using the truck.

Just got a free sirius xm radio for my car just for being a longtime sirius customer so i had to by the home kit and best buy was my 1st choice. Definitely a must have if you have xm radio in the car so you can listen at home as well.
