Posted .Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Roady BT. From your description is sounds like you are experiencing periodic muting of the audio. The most common cause of this is antenna location. It is essential that the satellite antenna be mounted on the outside of your vehicle high up on the roof about 3 inches in from any edges of the roof and not close to any roof racks or shark fin antennas on the roof. Depending on your location, tall building, trees or mountains can also block the satellite signal but these are all minimized when the antenna is on placed on the flat roof of your vehicle. I have an AUX-in socket in the center console and I find it's the clearest sound from the SiriusXM radio. It gave me one more cord to deal with, but it's worth it! I like having the 20 presets for my favorite channels. Perfect for carrying satellite radio from my car, to an RV, or to a rental car.

Port then have it proffesional installed. We did it ourselves with the help of sirius support telling us what to buy to hard wire with the fmda25 transmitter. So be careful

It is not frist time this has happened. That why i dont buy much from bestbuy. 3 or 4 years ago I used to buy all my stuff from you guys. But service really sucks.
