These headphones are amazing! Super great quality and extra comfy! Easy to wear for extended periods or time and they don't make your ears sweaty.
Great for transportation or blocking out that noisy roommate when you need to study.
I use these for both music and also when I am in the studio recording my podcast! Highly effective real-time studio headphones.
The noise canceling option is awesome! The battery life is phenomenal! I've gone over 8 days without having the charge them, when I use them for a couple hours a day.
I would highly suggest these to anyone in the market for some stylish and effective headphones!

First headphones I have actually liked and would recommend. I have bought headphones before but i always felt like they lacked bass. You do NOT have to worry about bass with this, you can turn up the amount of bass you want and your sounds will not get muddy. Great bass and great sound quality as well. If you are getting these for a great sound with no bass loss then these are for you, if you just want noise cancelling headphones though, these aren't incredible for that, they are definitely noise cancelling but not as good as others out there. Still an incredible pair of headphones and the battery will last. Would highly recommend.

These headphones are people who love a lot of bass in their music. You will either love them or hate them. I personally love bass heavy music. I have never experienced headphones with this much bass. It reminds me when I had a set of speakers in the trunk of my car. The ANC is ok, definitely nothing to brag about. The build quality is shockingly good. These are my favorite set of headphones I have ever owned. I love seeing the reaction when I let other people try them for the first time. I highly recommend.

Before I purchased these headphones, I purchased some Beats Studio 3. No base, horrible sound quality. I’ve known Skullcandy to deliver great bass in their earbuds so I gave these a try. I’m very happy with the sound quality. The bass is excellent. I used these on an airplane and while I could still slightly hear the engine and the air filtration, the sound was still very good. I highly recommend these to anyone that wants excellent bass and a long battery life.

great sound quality and great bass! These headphones really do give you a different listening experience. For me it was a little too much bass. I had to leave the bass meter halfway. If bass is all you care about then you should go for these or the crusher wireless. I wouldn't recommend these headphones for the ANC/Ambient mode features. I personally felt that they dont come close to the Sony wh1000xm3 or the Sony xb900n eventhough they are around the same price range of those two.

These headphones are great! The base is by far the best I've heard in a headset. Also, we have a set of Bose in the house and these sound better than the Bose headphones. I wouldn't have believed it until I heard it but, they do. The one thing I wish is if there was a way to make these wider. Sometimes after long play sessions they get a little tight. They have started to loosen up some but, I'm waiting for them to loosen up just a bit more for perfect comfort!
Also, The app used to tweak the sound works brilliantly!

Best over the ear headset I’ve ever bought hands down. The noise cancellation is so good, I didn’t even hear my wife divorcing me! 10/10 would buy again. Also, little warning, don’t drop from a height of greater than like 2 feet, say while your bench pressing your pain away…because they will slip off, crashing into the floor and knocking something internal loose. My right ear bud sounds like a rattler in heat.

I finally upgraded to these headphones from the original SkullCandy Crushers that I've had for 4+ years. And the upgrade was definitely worth it. I don't have any connection issues and the bass is still awesome. The rechargeable battery also lasts really long. I found that you have to hold the center button on the right earcup to put the headphones into pairing mode. The noise cancelling really works and the audio quality is great.

If you like your music with Bass, the sound quality of these are phenominal. I had tried on a lot of the other headphones in the Best Buy store. I started with Bose, then Beats, worked around to the Sony, and couldn't really tell which one had better bass. Then I tried on the Skullcandy crushers. When the demo kicked in the bass, i was startled to the point where I startled the person standing next to me. The woofers on the outside of the ear cups is brilliant. If you want, you can keep the sound low, but still crank the bass. The noise cancelling can help keep outside noises invading your music to a minimum. If you are looking for something to put on to block out the room noise without having music playing, these are not the headphones you are looking for. They do OK, but they use a certain frequency hiss as part of the design for the noise cancelling. I was looking for something to block out room noise so I could sit in silence. When I found out these weren't what I was looking for in the noise cancelling, but the bass already had me hooked. I had been thinking about getting one of the 'haptic sound vests', but I don't think I need to any more.

I went in store to test the various Noise Cancelling headphones because I was in the market for some. I found that these particular headphones let in slightly more noise than its competitors when on low volume, but you can definitely notice that the noise cancelling feature is in effect. I like to listen at moderate volumes, 40-60% range, and they sound nice. I felt that these were a great balance in audio. (I found the Bose NC headphones a bit bright at moderate and high volumes). If you’re looking for NC, balanced sound headphones these are great but do not expect dead silence like Bose or Sony (again, when on low volume). When you crank this up, you are unaware of your surroundings. Especially, with the bass slider all the way up. (I recommend to use the Skullcandy app to setup a ‘sound profile’ upon first use so you can get the most out of these headphones. Bass / clarity will blow you away.

They do crackle at its peak volume,is expected on MAX.The ambient mode is excellent at a low to mid range volume to hear the out side world and listin to music. With the audio noise cancel or ANC is a game changer with the bass booster and toggle switch for MAX BASS(must use skull candy EQ App). Also perfect for gaming and D.J.n',worth every penny.Buy it for,for its your everything head phones

I’ve never had headphones with noise cancelling. They work really well and it’s nice to turn the outside world down when working from home. The bass makes music fun to listen to and being over the ears makes these headphones comfortable all day long. I have really good ear buds but after a few days my ears start to feel the affect of the buds. The over the ears preserves my big ears and these have turned out to be the perfect headphones for me.

My time with these headphones has been great, I enjoyed every moment. In terms of sound they preform excellently. The bass is nonexistent, but that shouldn’t mean much because you’ll be using the bass boost most of the time. The mid’s and high’s are there, but sometimes the high’s can over power the mid’s in the higher volumes, causing your ears to hurt. Compared to the previous model(Not the 360’s)the bass response feels a lot less synthetic, but sometimes it can be a little too much; causing the drivers to rattle, and ruin the experience. The headphones are made out of plastic, and has a metal band that retains the shape of the headphones. Although it’s made out of plastic, it doesn’t feel cheap in any way. The buttons give little feedback when pressed, so you have no clue if you are actually turning the volume up or down. The touch sensitive pad is supposed to take three fingers to change the NC modes, but in my experience I have been able to use one or even two fingers. The bass adjuster should have been part of the touch pad, but they made it it’s own thing. At this price point, I would expect that to be integrated. There’s an app that comes with this, that gives “personal sound profiling” but all that does is force the drivers to work harder, possibly leading to the downfall of your headphones. Last but not least is the Noise cancellation, it’s decent at the least but won’t do you any real good. I couldn’t say if it’s worth the money, that’s all based on personal preference. But I would still recommend buying them.

I just want to start off saying that I much prefer how the bass is implemented into these compared to the 2016 model. I have no problems with bass getting muddy or overpowering everything. While we’re talking about bass it is known that the Crusher line up has ridiculous bass that can be adjusted to your preference. Crank the bass all the way up and your skull is rattling. I generally listen to Alt. Rock & tons of different EDM genres so these cans were right up my alley. They did perform insanely well with the different genres I threw at it and I was impressed with the improvements made. Clarity is great on these compared to the 16’ Crushers as well. I’ve pretty much broken them in by now with many hours of use. I personally don’t have use for ANC in these as I’ll only use them at home most of the time so I don’t have much to say on that. You can turn off the noise canceling also if the noise bothers you but for me it was fine. The custom sound profile actually made a big difference for me personally compared to not using one. That tech isn’t necessarily new but I appreciated having it. The only bug I see is that in the app after a full charge the battery is showing 76% every time but my iPhone shows 100%. On that note I easily went a whole day with these and still had plenty battery left. The $269.99 price tag I got these at were well worth it in my opinion. If you’ve been on the fence about these I would easily recommend them despite minor flaws even if you’re not someone that is into bass heavy music.

Good pair of headphone sound is great the base is superb. Down side for me is not loud enough for my bad ears and not loud enough for right ear. Unit needs to be able to control right and left ear for balance and then then raise the Loud control to enjoy.

In my view there is not a better set of "over-the-ear" headphones available. If you don't like BASS, move on. But if you do want both clarity and bass, look no further. The support provided by Skullcandy is excellent, icing on the cake so-to-speak. The battery life is simply unbelievable as well. Noise cancelling as well. They rock.

I got these for $200 on a deal of the day as well as the Sony WH1000XM3's. I tried out the Sonys, and couldn't get a decent sound no matter the presets or fiddling with the EQ, really disappointed with those, but I think the main appeal is the noise cancelation which was good. Anyway, onto the Crushers. I unboxed them, downloaded the app and went through the sound optimizer which was an easy process. Loaded up some Pogo (check him out, he's very unique) on YouTube and moved the bass slider to about half way. The experience was incredible. I've never heard a Bluetooth headset with such heavy, head rattling bass. These are a little lacking in the mids, and don't really cover the full sound spectrum which is a little disappointing, but compared to the Sonys, the Crushers were far superior in general music listening quality. When listening to EDM, you can't help but smile at the experience. I have no idea how Skullcandy is able to create the bass sensation in these, but it's very cool, and I'm extremely pleased with them. The ONLY downside is the audio and video are out of sync with every video source I've tried. That was almost a deal breaker for me, but I'm learning to live with it. I'd say it was easily $200 well spent.

these are awesome great sound great bass. It is really cool you can control the bass and really make you feel the rumble and vibrations in your body. I am not sure this is an item for everyone. It's like the feeling that you get in your hands when a video game controller vibrates in your hands but on your head and neck. It is definitely an experience. You don't have to turn the bass up you can keep it down and the sound is still great. The only thing that I wish that the volume could be able to override the computer I use and be louder but I have that complaint about my computer and not the headphones. actually I think all headphones in every brand could be a little louder. the ear cups are comfortable. They are light weight and I can wear them a long time. As far as cost they are equal to or less than other brands in their class. I think all brands are asking to much money. If all the brands dropped the price I bet that these companies could make a higher profit just like the concorde aircraft made more when in the last years they dropped ticket prices.
