Customers are saying

Customers value the Hesh 2 Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones for their excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and great battery life. Many also appreciate the convenient Bluetooth connectivity and the reasonable price point. While some users wished for a higher maximum volume and larger earcups, the positive feedback on sound quality and comfort outweighs these minor drawbacks. The headphones are also praised for their lightweight design.

First part would be my store experience. I went in, was approached by employee, and was helped quickly. I asked him if they price matched and indeed they did and he even found them cheaper than i did on Amazon! Saved me a good $25 than expected. Once I got to use the headphones, they connected very easily. Not W1 chip easy, but what do you expect. The bass is super low. In fact the sound through bluetooth was low. Not terrible. But not great. The comfort level for me was fantastic. I can wear them for a couple hours and they do not hurt me. But they hold in heat. Lol. But most over the ears do so that is not a complaint. My favorite part of these headphones, is easily the battery. I never have to charge these things. Its amazing. Sorry to jump back to sound but of you use the headphone jack included, these headphones are actually pretty amazing. For music and movies I prefer them. But for just a random video or youtube i dont mind bluetooth. By the way in the dark, the blue light is very bright and can be very distracting. Overall i am satisfied with my customer service of the device, and for best buy thats huge for me to say. Cause i bought my wife a 6s from there and their phone people think they are thw greatest people alive when they are unknowledgeable because i had to tell them what gsm and cdma is and they argued with me for ten minutes.

Just under $50. Easy to pair. Very long battery life and decent distance away from the Bluetooth receiver. Comfortable for extended periods of time. Easy to clean. Has a stereo cable to use if your battery dies! I shouldn't have listened to the $150 Sony Bluetooth headphones my brother had, otherwise I would have rated this 5 stars!

Better than wireless beats by dre and Bose

I went to best buy ready to drop$300 on either the beats by dre or the Bose wireless headphones. best buy has them all set up to demo which is great! It's the same music so it's an easy comparison.. beats by dre didn't have the sound I expected for $300.. the bass was a little clearer but other than that vocals were muted... the Bose sound dampening was amazing! I literally couldn't hear the outside world with nothing playing. But the sound again wasn't what I expected for 300. I even went down to the 250 bose which seemed very cheaply made and don't really say on or cover the ear. After browsing every other wireless model and not liking any I was on my way out of the store when I saw a skull candy set with a built in subwoofer. I stopped to try it out but wasnt impressed with the bass only in one ear (maybe it was broken) but while standing there I saw they had a wireless set that covered the ear.. had good sound dampening but not as good as bose but about the same as beats. The sound was good. Base was decent vocals were crisp. I didn't need it loud to hear the song well. Also came with a cable to make t it wired if I wanted and the design is nice. All flat black even the skull candy on the top of the band is all black so I'm not a walking advertisement like beats and Sony. I was very surprised and for $99 you can't go wrong. I have a cheaper creative pair which was 40 I wish I would have found these skull candy ones sooner! I also use them with my home surround sound usually watching movies or playing games after the kids went to sleep meant low volume and trouble hearing things. Not anymore! Pairs easy with all my devices from android to tablets and ipads. They are a little bigger than I was hoping to get but the extra padding actually makes them more comfortable to wear. I use these at work and at the gym. No problem with slipping or falling even when running.. only issue is when doing things like burpees They begin to slide and need adjusting.

Can't imagine a better pair of headphones!

I wanted a pair of wireless headphones because I listen to a lot of music, especially when I exercise or do housework, and sometimes a cord is just inconvenient. I've been so happy with my Skullcandy earbuds, this is the brand I navigated to while in search of something wireless. I'm a headphones person. I like the small size that is handy for stuffing in a hoodie pocket, and sometimes wear them in one ear at the office on days when I need to plow through a mountain of paperwork but still need to hear what's going on around me in the office. But when it comes to wireless, I haven't been happy with the style and fit of wireless earbuds. So I took at the wireless headphones. When I found Hesh 2, I was turned off by their bulky size. But they had really good reviews, so I decided to bite the bullet and get a pair. Best purchase I've made in a very long time! • The battery life is great. I've worn these every day since purchasing them a month ago, put at least the advertised 15 hours on the initial charge (if not more), and they are still going strong. I fully expect to have to charge them soon, but it's nice to know the battery does last a good while! • They are super comfortable. The longest I've worn them is 3.5 hours (went on a very long walk that day). They don't hurt my head or my ears, and they stay in place no matter what I'm doing -- dishes, cleaning the house, walking, even jogging. • The sound is fantastic. This is what I love about Skullcandy the most, and it's true about Hesh 2. I love the sound quality these guys have with my music and my movies. • You can't hear much of anything else when they are on. Just wearing these, no music, I can't hardly hear my family talking unless they raise their voices. With music on, I still can't hardly hear them even with voices raised. This is great for someone like me who likes to get lost in the music while working or exercising, but would not be good for a situation where you need to pay attention to your surroundings. • The function buttons are very handy. Especially when I'm doing dishes, when wet hands don't work well on my iPod's touch screen, I can still pause or skip tracks and adjust the volume easily. • The bluetooth range is not very long. I don't remember reading about the bluetooth range before purchasing these, but I would guess them at about 15 feet. My iPod died one night while I was walking, so I connected these to my iPad. I laid it on the hood of my mom's car and walked in a 25 - 30 foot circle around the car. If I strayed much farther, the connection got really spotty or dropped altogether until I came back within range. Aside from that (and I hardly consider it an inconvenience, but wanted to mention it), I have had zero trouble with the wireless bluetooth connection. I have not yet plugged them in with the included headphone cable because I haven't needed to use it. I have not yet tried calling or voice chatting with the built in mic. I can't imagine a better pair of headphones, and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is married to their music! (and, in case you were wondering, the bulky size doesn't even bother me as much as I thought it would)

The Hesh 2 bluetooth works extremely well. It can go up to 150ft before you start to lose connection with your tablet. The headphones will let you know when its time to recharge. You have three chances before it shut off. The cushions are of comfy fit. The shells are constructed to take a beating but not a pounding. The hesh two comes with a rechargeable cord that you can plug in into your computer, you can use the house outlet for an hour, or leave it for a while it recharges. The only problem is that you have to search for the plug in the headphones which is on the left side on top. If you can't wait for the recharge use your cord and plug in. The handle or bridge is coated in rubber for a better grip. Hesh two is constructed with good material. Controls are easy to feel for and you can tell the differences between volume up and volume down. You can also use the cord to talk into. Enjoy the base it sounds pretty good

I worked in an office where my coworkers were awfully chatty, preventing me from achieving my full productivity. Earbuds were not enough to drown everyone out unless I really blasted the music which was also distracting. I looked at the Bose headphones but I just couldn't justify the price. The skull candy headphones were on sale, and I picked them up. They are my first bluetooth headphones, and I must say no wires is the best! These are pretty comfortable, I have no problem wearing them all day, and the battery life is pretty good. I used them for such a long time between charges I can't tell you how long it was, at least 1 week of 6x 8 hour days. These have better sound quality than my earbuds but obviously can't compete with high end brands like Sennheiser. Being over ear headphones, they work better at blocking out the noise from my coworkers than earbuds, though they are not noise isolating. At the price point I think these headphones are outstanding and I am very happy with my purchase.

IMO, these are very good over the ears headphones at an affordable price. If you understand that these do not have noise cancellation (or you don't need it) and are not $200-$300-$400+ headphones, then I think you'll be happy with it. I was attracted to this headphones for the dark grey/titanium color, which I think looks very sharp, definitely one of the best looking headphones out there. Then I looked at capability in relation to price. I found that I can hear all the little or low sounds (instruments or voice) easily, which is important to me because I don't want to miss out on any sounds or dialogue and not have to crank up the volume to hear them. The battery life is long (so far I haven't had to recharge it yet even after about two hours of use from time to time) and there is a traditional plug in chord that you can use if you don't want to use the Bluetooth and save battery. The Bluetooth pairs quickly and works great when listening to music, but if you're watching videos or a movie, you'll notice a lag in lip movement in relation to the voice. Must be the Bluetooth so use the chord and it's fine. I find the ear cushions to be comfortable and I use my headphones indoors only. I would recommend these headphones if you're looking for a well priced, solid, good performance headphones that looks good.

I got these partly because they are one of the more affordable over the ear wireless headphones. But I've been really happy with the sound quality and the comfort of them. I use them daily while at work. So they get a lot of use. They actually broke on me... the mini USB port on the headphone pushed in when I tried to plug the USB cable into it to charge them. So I looked up the warranty on Skullcandy's site and the process to get a replacement was so easy, I had my new ones in hand in one week. Plus when I got the new ones, I noticed that they had actually updated the design and moved the mini USB to a better more secure place on the headphones. I've now had the replacement ones for about 4 months with no issues. Love these!

I’ve had these headphones for one week and I absolutely love them. They are comfortable on my head and don’t put a lot of pressure on my ears. My ears are medium sized and they almost fit inside the earphones. I’ve used them for several hours mainly on YouTube and a little listening to music. There is still 70% battery life left ( I’ve charged them only once, when I got them). The sound is great, no problems with the highs and lows but I also don’t listen to loud music -anymore. The pairing was extremely easy using an iPhone. I have been 20-30 feet from my phone in my house and I haven’t experienced any degradation of quality of sound.

I use these headphones mostly while streaming video online. With that being said, the sound quality is best described as good. The comfort is also very nice. The problem for me is that they are a bit bulky they don't have hinges to fold and store so they seem so big to carry around. This is why they are used exclusively at home. The Bluetooth feature is nice but cuts out some while connected to a windows 10 laptop, but using the Bluetooth feature while streaming music from a phone has been a treat! The range seems pretty good. I find myself walking through the house at times streaming music from my phone and there isn't any interruption. The style of the headphone is plain, but that is what I was seeking so I would consider that a plus. All in all this is a good set of headphones for the price. It's unlikely that you will find a better Bluetooth enabled headphone set for this price range.

These headphones give a nice clean (but not amazing) sound and they are very comfortable but not bass heavy, so if that is what you are looking for there are other products in the market. They have a great rubbery/plastic feel which is hardly a problem but I guess it depends on personal aesthetics. They are very easy to sync with any Bluetooth device (PC,Mac, Smart TV) and the features to answer and end phone calls if using a cell phone works great. The battery has a decent charge span and the cable that you can use for audio, just in case you forget to charge the headphones and/or want to plug and play to any device with a 3.5 mm jack is included. As a general feedback there are a very good option for their price range and capabilities.

These headphones are amazing. I got a price match for them and saved twenty dollars. I HATE when my earphones are pulled off because the wire is caugut on something. The bluetooth removes this problem completely. At first I thought the sound was too low but after adjusting to the sound, I realized that the outside noise was nearly gone and all I could hear was the music and now it's almost never at max volume. They also stay on well yet not to snug and yet they are still durable if i knock them on something. The price is right and the product is amazing.

I absolutely loves these headphones. They're comfortable and have amazing sound. They sound just like the ones on display at the store. They look good, and are easy to sync with my laptop, iPad and iPod. No more cords to worry about. Just sit back and listen. The ONLY drawback for me would be that the headphones do not store any memory of the devices that you can use it with. You gotta re-sync or pair-up with the different devices EVERY TIME.

I use these headphones with a home theater receiver, so I can't speak to their use with a phone or tablet. The phones were easy to pair via bluetooth, and they have been rock steady since. They are comfortable for long listening periods; good padding and not too heavy. I especially appreciate the included USB and audio cords. The USB used for charging and the detachable audio cord for non-bluetooth connection if the battery dies. Sound quality is good, with just a little splashy distortion on the high end that may be a function of bluetooth audio as opposed to a flaw in the headphone speaker itself. Overall, I'm very satisfied. A good value.

I looked through several models of headphones before deciding on this one. For $100 these were the best in terms of quality/cost ratio. The sound quality is good. I really like the fact these are wireless and that was one of my main focuses. Only complaint I have is that others can hear the noise outside the headphones when someone is using them, and the volume doesn't have to be maxed out either. They are very comfortable to wear though and light weight.
