I received my Hesh 2 earphones on 12/3 and used them right away. I was very satisfied with the sound and comfort. I wanted these specifically for my TV soundbar and tablet. But on December 27 the Hesh 2 stopped pairing with my devices. I now have to claim a warranty issue and at my expense return them to Skullcandy and be inconvenienced for 4 to 6 weeks. Not happy at this time with the Hesh 2 wireless headphones.

Connected to tv easily with Bluetooth. Comfortable and clear, however the volume control on the headphones stopped working. Contacted skull candy who was unable to,solve the problem. Returned the item.

These headphones are perfectly okay, pretty good sound, nothing Tom write about though. HOWEVER, whenever you are connected to Bluetooth, you are subjected to a horrible flashing bright blue light, every two seconds, letting you and everyone in a fifty foot radius that you are connected to Bluetooth. It is absolutely terrible, completely killed my experience.

Blue tooth and pairing are foreign to me and it was very hard for me to figure out. The instructions are awful and you need a magnify the print from 4 size print to 28 size print. Pictures would have helped out a great deal. No idea I had to set my computer to blue toothing and what the heck is pairing? Magenta, blue, flashing lights and all of the cables. It should have said- if you have never used blue toothing...this is what it is. This device uses blue tooth technology (it said it on the box) Go to your computer and go to this icon....you need to set your computer to....and then your headphones to what is called pairing. Pairing is the process where the wireless device seeks out to find "like" transmutation like a remote control to your TV....Show someone setting the pc up and moving the headphone to the computer and plugged in via USB...this is the only time you will be needing the USB cable...the cord/wire is used if your battery is running low or you are in an area that is not wireless friendly....hiking....boating etc. I just expected more from all of the advertising Dr Dre and sports stars. It is a set of headphones with your music stored in it without being connected to your iPhone iPod computer...thats it. Good sound wireless. period. I am 58 yrs old and played music with headphones on and listened to music at night with the wire strung across the bedroom floor so mom and dad could not hear1

The Skull candy Hesh 2 headphones sound OK but I expected more Bass or a deeper more immersive type experience than I got, I remembered getting more of that 30 years ago when the technology was what I thought was inferior compared to what should be now in 2016- not 1985? 3 weeks after purchase the price went down closer to what they are worth 20% less than I paid for them.

so everything i read before purchase listed this as a multipoint bluetooth set of headphones, incorrect, attempting to pair and connect both my laptop and my phone so that i may be able to listen to music on my laptop and take calls on my phone... failed miserably. though if you want a nice set of just wireless bluetooth single point headphones then these are definately worth a look.

These are a good price, however they are under powered while on Bluetooth. It's a significant difference between having the wire in vs using Bluetooth. I like my music louder than most probably. I returned mine and got the Sony MDR extra bass over ear headphones. They crank and they are more comfortable. I love them.

Well the overall appearance is nice. But connection is troublesome, especially on my macbook. It has to have a complete charge before connecting. The charge hole is locate on top of the speaker and if very hard to charge.the volume isn't loud either

bought these to use with laptop, sound quality plugged in was excellent, however using them wireless it was not that great. fit was ok, just depends on the size of your ears, at times I had to take them off as they started to bother mine. overall, esp considering the price, I probably would not buy these again.

so these headphones are super cheap feeling. They creak while wearing them and just feel like a toy. The sound was nice with them plugged in but with Bluetooth the bass and overall quality of sound went way down.

This product cannot connect with my laptop or my phone automatically. I have to do it on manually. This connection quality is not very well. 10 meters are the maximum distance that this device can receive the signal. I dont recommend you to buy this item. You can get a better one with this price. But one thing that is worth to mention is that this headphone can keep you warm in the winter.

Headset was heavy. Sound was good but the it didn’t break down for storage

Not enough base and not loud enough in general butthey fit great and feel ver comfortable.

I tried this on for about half an hour. There isn’t cushion on the top of your head and they weigh too much to be comfortable. The sound was average for those first 30 mins I had it on which is why I didn’t have it just one star. It paired quite easily with my Mac as well. But as I mentioned before. The headphones were just way too heavy for me.

I spent quite of bit of time researching noise cancelling and wireless headphones. I wasn't sure which ones to get but I tried comparing both with all different brands. A Best Buy representative kept saying these would be great but since nothing was on display, I couldn't tell. I kept them a day and returned them. Just didn't sound very clear.

I received these as a gift and they were humongous on my head! I felt like I was about to go to a construction site and use a jack hammer with them on! I never used them, so I don't know what they sound like. I just couldn't get past how big they were

Bought online so I couldnt try on in store. They work fine and pair fast. They just hurt my ears after a while, maybe 20 mins. They probably would be good for a kids ears but nit a 33 year old man.

The sound quality on these headphones is pretty good, and the bluetooth connection is very easy, connected to my phone and Macbook Pro without issues. With that said, they are not over the ear at all. I have small ears and glasses and after about 2 hours of wearing these headphones, I had to take them off my head just hurt to much and they were crushing my ears.

in the store they felt great and I thought skull candy hit it again, but after a week they started hurting my big head. I also had trouble getting them to connect to PC well...

I have no problem with the quality of construction, or the quality of the sound. My problem was that the device was painful to wear. Perhaps my ears are bigger or just not meant for an "over the ear" device. I suggest that you try it on before you buy, then stand there for 1/2 hour and see if they still feel comfortable. I returned mine, and Best Buy has great customer service.
