So I had a pair of the Sesh- loved them but lost them. So I wanted something with less of a "push touch" feature but still candy... so went with these due to touch sensitive and heard good reviews on bass. Wanted them for work and the gym.... well, a ft ter about 10 resets, 20 cut outs AT THE GYM(Which kills the vibe), plus them not staying in my ear... I'm returning and trading up to the galaxy buds to try them. I'm still planning on getting the Verts from candy for snow season... hoping that changing perspective on candy. But in regards to these, highly dont recommend. Get the sesh or go with the wired/wireless headphones as I've used those and they're great. Stay away from the indys.

I went into Best Buy looking for a great pair of true wireless buds that would not break the bank. I hit all of those notes with the Skullcandy Indy buds. The sound quality is great and the battery life is good as well. The pairing process is very easy and I love the touch controls on the sides as well. The blue color is right up my alley as well. The mic quality is also good. I got these on sale for $40 dollars the buds were regularly $85. I would recommend there true wireless buds for anyone.

I’ve always loved the sound that skull candy products produce. But these things constantly disconnect for no reason. And now just after 7 months the left side stopped pairing or charging. Good thing I got the geek squad extended warranty. If this happens again I’ll have to bite it and go with AirPods.

For the price point the battery life and audio are alright, but a lot of “hip hop” songs or things with bass sound muffled. The headphones aren’t loud at all, I very commonly listen on full blast and it’s still barely enough to block out other sound. The cushions that stay in your ear always move and fall out. I can’t even do heavy curls or anything bent over in the gym without having to stop my workout to push them back in before they fall out. Overall 2/5

I've been using this guy a week. Very disappointed! I watched couple of youtube videos before i buy it. But my personal opinion: -doesn't stay in my ears -sound quality is really bad(yes there is bass but there is also sizzle) Battery life is good, you're gonna be happy with it. If you're not gonna listen music with maximum volume, you'll be happy. And if you're thinking this kinda earbuds stays in your ear, you'll be happy.

I have always been a fan of skullcandy and these earbuds are no exception. They have excellent bass a nice right fit and the Bluetooth stays connected with a very long battery life the only 2 things I would say that could be better are the maximum sound output could be one bump louder and getting them out of the case can be a challenge if you have big fingers like mine. Overall would by these any day of the week!

My girlfriend and I both bought a pair. I returned mine, she loves hers. I didnt like the way those fit. She loves the fact they are small enough for her ears. She says they are great quality and easy to use.

    Heavy Bass & Generic Design

If you like heavy bass and have never had a problem with the fit of average earbuds, then Skullcandy's Indy are for you. The Bluetooth range is excellent (about 40 feet indoors) and the touch controls ensure that you don't have to press the buds deep into your ear to change the track, or to adjust the volume. They will play a full 4 hours before they need to be returned into their case which can then fully charge them 3 additional times (for a total playback of about 16 hours). Personally, I have narrow ear canals and simply could not get the earbuds to stay in. Even while sitting motionless at my desk they would suddenly pop out of my ears. I added my own 3rd party rubber tips from my wired earbuds, but even then - the earbuds would simply not stay in. The design is rather bulky and it appears that Skullcandy made very little effort to find a way to keep them in your ears. They come with no rubber fins and no way to hook onto your ear (or rest inside the ear). They are only held in place by the rubber tips and because they are rather bulky, their weight causes them to lean outwards and eventually fall out. ...I personally would not be able to use these while working out, or while on my bike as they would fall to the ground and be lost. I was also taken back by just how bass heavy they are. I found the bass even more amplified than my over-the-ear Beats Studio headphones. (Not stronger bass, but more pronounced - which I found annoying.) I quickly went to my equalizer to lower the bass so that I could find a more suitable balance with mids & highs. While I was initially excited that the Indy features touch controls, I found that they only responded about 75% of the time. When listening to music in the office, it wasn't a big deal - but, when working out or when on my bike, I simply couldn't take the time needed to fiddle with them until they respond the way I intended. Another distraction was just how much ambient noise they blocked out with the rubber tips. Because they sit so deep in the ear canal, most surrounding noise is blocked out. This is all well and good until somebody is trying to talk to you. I found that I had to remove them in order to communicate at all. And, when using them to talk on the phone, you cannot hear your own voice - which is odd and distracting. Unfortunately, Skullcandy did not program them to amplify or playback any of your own audio/voice when you are speaking on the phone - which is an unsettling experience. Apple's Airpods (which seem to be the most popular Bluetooth earbuds at the current time) are more expensive, but I believe they are worth the extra expense. They are smaller, have a longer battery life, fit much more snug and with a lower profile, they don't mute out all ambient noise, and they take up less space - even inside of their case. The wireless headphone experience truly is fantastic. If you love Bass and if earbuds generally fit well in your ears, you will enjoy the Indy. ...But, I hope that Skullcandy takes the time to redesign their wireless earbuds to offer a better fit, a lower profile, and a more balanced listening experience. ***See the attached pictures for a visual comparison with the size and fit of the Airpods***

I bought them because I thought they look sleek and cool. Regret it on the first few days. They are bulky, fall of easily even with the different gummies they provide. Doesn’t read the right touch inputs. The left ear piece has scratchy audio. Disconnects sometimes and it’s hard to reconnect at times. Lost the rubber piece that’s on top of the right ear piece the second I put it on my pocket. The hinge on the charging case closes fast that it gets annoying taking them out, which is also a hassle sometimes. I will be returning them ASAP!! Will never buy skull candy ever again. Avoid it at all cost.

Terrible in design and sound. My AirPods were never a great fit or solution for me but they worked seamlessly. These things don’t even work 25% of the time. They are very very cranky about pairing successfully which I maybe could forgive if they sounded great, but alas they don’t. The touch controls are a failure in that if you need to reposition the earbud in your ear, there’s a 50% chance you will confound them and they will disconnect, turn down, or just stop playing sound. I have many wired Skullcandy products that are awesome, but these are just abysmal for Bluetooth connectivity. Baaaaaaad design, fit and finish. Poor sound quality and max volume is a joke.

I really like this headset, it really only has one downside and it’s when you turn them on. I found that if I turn on the right before the left then I have to press on both to turn on, when if you press the left side first it turns on both sides. I don’t know if that is just me or what but that is the only downside so far. (Outside of not having anywhere else to put them in besides the charging station)

You get what you pay for. At 60 bucks there an okay head phone but they aren’t anything that is going to amaze you. Just a basic wireless ear bud with basic sound, a few more generations and they might have it figured out. Just get a pair that go around the neck like the method or smoking buds, way better sound volume output. If you want an ear bud then just ball out playa and get apples ear buds.

These Skullcandy Indy in-earphones are the best I have had yet! The Indy is easy to setup/pair to your phone and once setup they are easy to use as they turn on and pair as soon as you take them out of the charging case. They also turn off automatically when put back in the case and closed. Sound quality with media is amazing with clear highs and mids and good bass. Outside noise is near zero. Call sound quality was very good as well. The touch controls are simple and easy to use. The fit of the Indy's was great for me being snug and comfortable.
