These were cheap enough where I would not mind if he broke them, but after a couple months he is still using them. So they seem to last.

Great Earbuds

The only downside is that they pop out sometimes while running, but they aren't exactly running headphones anyway.

These fit better in your ear canal and you are not having to constantly adjust them. I bought four of them!
