In my overall search for good sounding headphones I was coming to many dead ends, either they would sound good and not fit right or vise versa......but I found these on sale yesterday and wow are these the ones I have been wanting for a long time! They are extremely comfortable and the sound is amazing and very clear with good bass! I mix sound for my church and am looking forward to using these and whenever the occasion is right! They are worth the money for sure!

Though I actually purchased the brown and gold version of these phones the sound quality is the same, and Impeccable for the price. I have much pricier headphones that require special headphone amps, making them unusable for mobile listening such as with my iPod. These phones paired really well with my iPod and their efficiency allows them to play at ear damaging levels (be careful not to damage your hearing) and to my surprise their sound is on par with some of the most exotic audiophile (and very expensive) headphones that I've auditioned and enjoyed. Very good job, Skullcandy, These phones get my highest recommendation for portables and to audiophiles on a budget. My only complaint is the storage bag doesn't have a large enough opening to easily store or access the phones when you want them.

We have purchased 2 sets of these dating back over the past couple years. They are still the best ones we have found for the best sound, build and value. They have bass but that is just one part of the musical spectrum, they deliver across the whole thing. So unless you or your kid are stuck on a "big plastic look", need the name "Beats" or just flat out love bass that drowns everything out check these out. Metal construction and lifetime warranty. Just cant beat them. The family got me a set in January for my birthday, love them... both the headphones and my family for getting them for me :-)

Bought these for my son and he loves them! He says that they have a really great sound and he loved the microphone as well.
