If I have my iPhone in my back pocket, these earbuds will often stop playing. If I hold my phone in my hand, the earbuds play. Big hassle.

They look nice however they stopped changing after 3 months. I’ll be using the geek squad services I purchased to replace them.

The right ear bud seems to have stopped charging and will not turn on. I've only had the buds for 2 months!

Sound not clear. Feels uncomfortable. Hard to find right control you want on the ear plug. It’s not a well thought out device
