It's random too so I can't really predict when it will work. Doesn't connect to my macbook pro either. If you don't want hanging headphones get the LG tone pro. If you don't mind that, get these.

However, I'm not crazy about the plastic casing touching my neck all the time. When I took the plastic casing off, the volume control is heavy and pulls the wire to one side making the opposite ear bud fall out This would be great for someone who doesn't care about it resting on your skin

Had initial issue with pairing to cell phone, but was resolved easily. Instruction included are poor. Doesn't explain pairing or how to remove headphones from brackett. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for headphones used only occasionally .
