Inexpensive means to track body fat

I have been using over a month and the app tracks very easy.

Easy & Accurate way to track progress

Does exactly what it says.

But what it does it does extremely well. The updates can speed up or slow down the calculations but the accuracy far surpasses any other body fat device on the market. I highly recommend it.

To get accurate results need to follow directions, Measure first thing in the morning (DRINK NO WATER). And wet skin well. Would give five stars if the app was a little better. (i.e. able to add notes to measurements, like if just did a certain workout)

Good biometrics

I think it shows any improvements I have and what I still need. But still the device needs to improve. The update firmware, this needs to be only connect device through Bluetooth.
