Tried this product, but it was difficult to balance, so I returned it. Good quality.

It's worked flawlessly, 95% of the time. Every once in a while it shakes or pops in a direction I wasn't expecting. I suspect the phone and counter weight aren't a perfect match so it needs to work a little harder.

Unbelievable how much smoother videos are. I am looking forward to making some family vacation videos that people will not get sick watching. The videos this helps make are silky smooth and like a pro would make. There are also many ways this can attach or be expanded. This is going to be fun. I had looked at others that were more expensive and this is as good as any I have seen.

This gimbal is pretty good for the price. Although buyer beware! If you have a large or heavy phone the motors are not able to keep up.

I like the ease of use and the battery life, the only problem is the location of the cradle it covers up the head phone jack of the I phone.

It has some issues. Be careful unscrewing the components, lest you mistakenly remove the battery compartment and allow its contents to spring out with the batteries! You could also invest in a gimbal that will support a small dslr, which is what I ended up doing.

Great gimble at a fractuon of the cost of others! Took a little getting used to it but worked great paired with my iphone 6.

Works with my iPhone Plus but I can hear the motors struggling often to balance. If you go all the way down or up, or turn it too far or too fast, it over corrects and tries to flip sides on you.. It grips tight and does what it should most of the time but I worry that it may not last. It can't balance with any extra weight from lenses unless you add ballast yourself but then you risk overworking the motor.. All in all it does what it's made for and after a little trial and error you can get great stable shots but it requires some finesse. I'd expect a bit more for the price but it does work.

I used it with my Galaxy S7 and was able to take some breathtaking footage! love it!

Unfortunately I had to return item because my phone did not fit on it with the otterbox on ot and I did not want to run the phone and gimbal with out the case on the phone

Pretty good gimbal that’s not to heavy and easy to use.

I got this gimbal for my iPhone 7. It fit but I had to remove my case. I was worried it would fall out but it never did. I guess I couldn't master this gimbal bc I was go to record low heights and move it up to a higher height and I had to use the joy stick to get the right angle. It wasn't as smooth as I would like. The case was cool and organized. Since I couldn't keep the phone in the gimble I would take it out to use it. Then I got lazy, used the phone in the gimble to text and make a phone call, I looked silly. All in all I didn't need this little guy as much as I thought.

Just as good as most gimbals. But much cheaper. Great buy.

It's very hard to get it to balance with my iPhone 7 plus. Would not recommend this to anyone using very big phone

I bought this and used it for a week before I returned it. First of all there is no way to contact customer service which is sketchy and no app that goes along with it. They claim there is face tracking but that is not true. It does make the shots nice and smooth but I returned it because even though I was using an iPhone 6S with no case, the motors strained at times and made loud noises so I can't even imagine what would happen with a bigger phone.

Bought this for my son that started video production classes. He needed something to use when he felt he could capture video when he didn’t want to carry his whole set up.

You pay what you get for, did not stabilize right would for crazy when using.

My son needed this to do a short film. He has been very pleased with it. I got to be cameraman for one of the shoots and I found it very easy to maneuver.
