Was looking for a gimbal for my phone and the price was perfect! Works great right out of the box and was easy to use.

I think this works well for what it is but after the first few hours of playing around with it, it became apparent that I won't use it as often as intended. One plus, their app does allow tracking so when the stabilizer is on a tripod, the camera will follow you around, this is probably the best feature.

I purchased this Gimbal (on sale) and could not be happier with how easy it is to use and how great it is at keeping videos steady. It makes taking videos look semi-pro. The quality is fantastic. I have used it while in a moving car and the video was so nice and smooth. Used it at a wedding and while walking around the video stayed sharp and no motion "sickness" watching it back on a big screen. This is absolutely great for amateur videographers.

This product unlike the other handheld gimbal works extremely well with Samsung Galaxy S7 iPhone 7 and many other large smartphones

I liked it but it really wasn't worth the price of over 250$ Has great features and a solid brand name behind it but for cheaper off brands i got the same quality and features

I bought a DJI gimbal, then I found this one and gave it a shot. The DJI is good because of the App, period. In hardware terms, this one is a lot better. First, you have a better battery life, second is lighter. It's possible to rotate the head 360 degrees, which is good to record yourself. I've returned the DJI, and I'm really happy with this one.

Liked this device, but could not get it to level (2-3 degree cant) no matter what I tried with iPhone 6s affixed, handle is very thin. However stabilizing was great.

This was my first gimbal purchase and I didn't want to spend more than necessary as I won't be using it that often. I am very satisfied with this item. It is sturdy, works as advertised and I feel that it is durable enough to last for quite some time.

Made my first short movie ever using this. It stabilizes perfectly just make sure you have it on the right settings before you start. I didnt know there was 3 modes until i read the instructions again. But this product is perfet and id definitely recommend it to friends.

The Best Buy rep at the store had trouble with the electronic key for another product and bought this one instead cause I was tired of waiting.

Im from Canada... Saw it online and went to the extent of having it shipped to my relatives in California so they can bring it to me on wedding day..During the wedding where my intention was to use it, the item malfunctioned,,, ruin my plans of taking good video on very special wedding of my niece!!!! Worst item i ever both in Bestbuy!!!

Returned this item the day after I bought it. It held stable a bit, but it had a tendancy to spin out if control and almost break my phone. Tried to upgrade firmware and it not only would spin out of control, the motors would make a noise and the whole gimbal would vibrate. App is worthless.
