This game has all the right ingredients - action, adventure, story, excitement and fun! The starter pack is exactly what it says it is. The characters and vehicle are great for learning moves and abilites. But trust me, you're going to want to buy more vehicles and characters to fully SUPERCHARGE your experience! Totally worth purchasing!! As I like to describe such an awesome product - BOOM! ,

I purchased this for my son as he really wanted the Bowser Skylander / Amiibo figure. The thing that I don't feel Activision has been clear about is that this is NOT a full Skylanders game. On the 3ds and the Wii this is a racing game, ONLY. Still a fun racing game and you can use the Skylanders figures for the full game on the Wii-U and the Bowser figure doubles as an Amiibo but I think they could have been a bit clearer with marketing this game on the 3DS / Wii. Also worth noting that you will only be able to use the Bowser figure as a Skylander on the Wii-U verson of the game and not on the XB1 or PS4.

The game itself has some solid mechanics and gameplay. It is a fun scaled down version of mario kart with a sprinkle of diddy kong racing. It is perplexing why items are forced to be used immediately,

The game itself is a decent kart racer though I feel it doesn't stand up too well to Mario Kart. However, you do get Skylanders and it is relatively fun. The biggest issue is that the pack comes with Skylanders you may already have from the Starter Packs on consoles, which is frustrating. The portable version of Trap Team was not a great game, but came with Skylanders you were probably buying anyway.

My 7 and 4 year old boys love it. They love playing the different characters.

Both skylanders and Amiibo! Make sure you have the base for Bowser in the correct position for skylanders vs Amiibo. All of your previous version skylanders work in this game. I wish the 3DS version was the full game, but this is what we have come to expect with the 3DS Skylander games.

Donkey Kong fan and I wanted to add Bowser to the collection. Also it can be used as amiibo so that was a selling factor for my family.

It's really great the Hammer Slam Bowser and Turbo Charge Donkey Kong work as amiibo too!

A fun racing game for the 3DS with an excellent exclusive skylander/amiibo and vehicle.

my 5 year old couldn't stop playing it. plus it was the only way to get bowser

My son loves this game. He loves this version for his 3DS.

My son got into the Skylander craze with Trap Team and I thought this new Supercharge series would be a game changer. Even with the addition of using vehicles the game is pretty much the same. He was excited to play it but got bored pretty fast. Maybe I'm comparing the racing portion too much to Mario Kart but the racing game play is OK.

I knew when I bought it that it didn't have all the meat & potatoes as the regular console game and how could it on a personal handheld. Once you understand that this is a totally different game play it will make your purchase easier. This is more racing than anything. Still able to use the characters & vehicles as you would in the game.

Entertaining game, very fun. The kids love playing it.

fun game but you have to buy a ton of stuff to get full use out of it.. dont but unless you wanna buy tons of skylanders to go with it

Figure is somewhat cheaply made, but if you are using the Wii or Wii U versions to play with Nintendo IP, these work across the systems.
