This is a cool little game for my kids. I like the fact that my kids can change characters and don't have to start the scene from the beginning. And, it isn't the typical shooter filled with language not meant for the younger.

I have never played a Skylanders game before, but for only $4.99 on sale at Best Buy for the entire starter pack for PS4, I definitely had to pick this up and try it! You get so much in this starter pack!! The game, two character figurines, portals, traps, and more!! I only just started playing, so I'll come back and write a better review for the game once I get a better feel for it, but so far it's really fun, especially for the price/value I got it for!!! :)

So, Best Buy once offered a deal where this game was included for free with the purchase of Skylanders Superchargers. Most reviews for Superchargers were so good, that we finally took the plunge into the world of Skylanders. My families experience is we prefer Trap Team to Supercharges, though as Trap Team was prior, the Superchargers figures cannot be used in it. Still, Trap Team is really fun, though to complete it 100% looks to be an expensive endeavor.

I have all of the other skylanders, so i had to get this one, thankfully it was on sale (and gamer's club unlocked makes it even better). if you like the previous games, you will like this one,

Fun and fast gameplay with some light platforming elements, great couch coop game that kids and grown ups can play together. However potential buyers should beware that in order to unlock MOST of the ingame content you will need at least one Skylander trap MASTER character of each element (earth air fire water magic tech and undead) and well as one of each elemental trap (trapped villains are stored at the academy ingame so you can just empty out and and select different villlans as needed)

This is a fun game for kids especially. You can use figures from previous titles.

Incredible how the game is brought to life with the console. Downside you have to buy most characters to get into next levels.

This is a great game! The story line rocks!! The graphics are good. It will keep you entertained for hours... kids and adults alike. I was lucky to get trap team on sale at Best Buy as the regular price is way too expensive for me. If your able to get it under $50, I strongly recommend it. My 6 yr old absolutely loves it.

You can't go wrong with skylanders. Loaded right into my playstation and much easier than the wii

This is a fun game to play and great for little kids

Bought this for a little cousin of mine who doesn't have many PS4 games, and he just loved it! He wouldn't stop talking about this game for weeks and he loves to collect the figures that are used for this game. He can't wait for next Christmas to get more Skylanders. I would recommend this game for sure!

My 6yr old seems completely into it as he has been with all of the others before it. Downside seems to be that we will have to buy new trap force guys to open up the portals vs being able to use the older ones from other games and he is already asking for additional trap keys. Bottom line budget some money to buy all the extras.

Love collecting skylanders they make good fun games. Picked this copy up bc it was cheap. Skylander games are coming down in price considerably if you search a little a bit you can find great prices.

My girlfriends son loves this game so i can't say anything bad about it. He is 9yrs old.

Good challenging safe kids game. Good game to introduce children to the gaming world.

For this series to stay alive, they have to continue to deliver new gimmicks and innovative ways of interacting and fighting. This installment has once again managed to achieve that. If you enjoy any Skylanders game, you'll enjoy this one as well.

My son loves this and will be so happy when he gets these for his birthday!

Fun game for kids most ages, both of my kids love to play every evening.

Combines toys and games for interactive play. Collectible toys from older versions of the game still usable in this iteration. Trap-and-play capability with villain characters. New Traptanium Portal has its own sound effects.
