    I paid $7 for $10 worth of Skype card. So, that is a great deal. But to my surprise, Bestbuy mailed the card to me instead of sending a code in an email. They could have save postage and pocket that by sending me code in email instead.

    This was definitely an unexpected Bonus, when I made my purchase. Honestly, I have not really utilized it yet, but this and the Camera are going to revolutionize my world with my 6 year old Granddaughter.

    Skype credit applied to your free Skype account enables you to call both locally and internationally, to landlines and cell phones, for peanuts. A must have for traveling, especially internationally.

    One time I was traveling in China, and I don't have a cell phone there, so I use skype to call a lot. Now, I still use skype to call my relatives in China because I can call their phone, and talking to them is more clear than on-line.

    Better than paying with your credit card. When Skype charges a credit card, it is considered an international transaction, and most of the credit cards will charge about 3% on top.

    overall, Skype has the cheapest phone service you can get especially if you need to dial an overseas landline or cellphone from wifi enabled operational Skype system

    Always use Skype for international calls. Reliable channel. But the connection fee for each call seems to be higher than the minute fee if you just make a short call. Google voice seems does not have connection fee.
