I was looking forward to Sling bc they advertised the ability to receive local channels, but have not been able to receive any local channels using the app. The only way I got local channels was to get an indoor antenna. It was a convenient way for me to get my sports channels though now that I have given up on cable.

All good all things worked out for us with this Product

Pretty decent package overall, although my choices for programming are not entirely aligned with Sling's, it was good enough to warrant the expenditure, in my opinion. As my choices for programming are probably relatively unique, and much more science and learning oriented, I may not be the ideal guide to follow.

Gave it three stars because it may just be the location of the antenna and the TV. Installed on ground floor in window on west side of house facing city. Was good quality and easy to hook up.

This service was provided to me free for purchasing a Roku stick. This was my first time using Sling TV. I did not know what to expect. I decided to keep Sling TV after my free trial. I enjoy having the Guide feature on Sling. I added a few additional packages to my Sling service and I still pay less than Spectrum/TWC.

Cheap way to stay up to date with all your shows..

I treated myself to a new 55” smart TV this Christmas and am amazed at the picture every time I turn it on. Even the commercials look wonderful but the nature programs will really stun you. If you haven’t bought a new TV in a while you should.

On Friday, I bought the product and brought the product home, hoping it would perform up to my expectations. However, once i got the product home, i realized that it was not going to perform as I expected. The product did perform adequately.

Works well without buffering or connection issues. Sometimes gets stuck or freezes and have to get back into Sling. Don’t know if it’s an issue with Sling or Roku. 135M internet connection used with 3 streams. I am sure this speed is way beyond the minimum needed to have 3 trouble free sling streaming connections.

Bought this for my mother in law who gets poor reception in her house! We were able to put this in a window and run the antenna to her TV because of the long cable! It fixed her reception issue and gets twice the channels as she did before!

So I didn't even know I got this free trial with my new roku. However my sister has this and I watch shows on it whenever i go visit. It's got a great channel lineup. I highly recommend it to anyone cutting the toes with their cable company!

Sling TV is easy to use. Signed up a month a go and it streams like a charm.. no buffering, easy to use Guide, records all your favorite programs (using their in the cloud DVR). Love this Streamer as it saves me over $60/month and gives me my favorites.

It all depends on what you watch. If you can find a package with channels you want, it can be a good value. Be careful if you want to cancel, you have to cancel before your next month renews and if you cancel even a day past you lose the service but you still have to pay for the whole month

Purchased Roku to replace cable box. Works great. A little hard to find the Chanel you looking for. We purchase both red and blue packages and might add sports right now it’s enough. Make sure you have a good internet connection speed
