This case is the only one that fit it exactly/perfectly. The edges don't bow out and the case is still think and I can tell that it is an Ipad air still by the thickness of this cover. All other cases are too bulky or don't fit it tight enough. Also the leather fold joints in the front are very flexible so it stays in place while it is standing or slanted. The other cases on the market with the 3 section front on the market try to unfold and your ipad will fall. Real leather, looks and feels great. It is thin and dense, but still has enough cushion to protect it from a standard fall.

Excellent case for iPad Air 2. I love it. Its lightweight, stylish and protects the device from scratches , dust and auto locks - auto unlocks the device.

I bought a life proof case (which is wonderful) but it was hard to get in and out of the case. We use it with the drone and it has to come out of the case to fit on the control center. It's easy to remove from this case and love the way it turns off when you close it. I was concerned about grandchildren getting it when visiting and it wouldn't have the protection of the life proof case. After taking it in and out of life proof case once I've decided to hide the iPad when they come. Love both cases!!! Protection: Life Proof, Overall good adult cover: Apple Smart

Do yourself a favor and purchase a $7 "leather" case from some discount app first. This way you can truly appreciate how great this product is. The only downfall is the incredibly limited color selection available. I would have given this 5 stars otherwise. Incredibly functional, lightweight, and yet durable enough to handle low drops from my hand to the parking lot asphalt. I've used larger Lifeproof and Otterbox cases before, but after I discovered I didn't snowboard with my iPad or go deep-sea diving with my tablet either, it made sense to transition to something a little more practical.

Perfect fit, real leather, good quality, what can I ask more. Ah yes, a little too expensive for such a case! I love the color, it matches really nice with the Gold color iPad.

Snug fit and provides good protection. After a while, the spine seems to become a bit loose where it folds, but it is a minor annoyance. The bright color makes it very easy to find.

From the recipient - it fits perfectly and is easy to use. The stand feature is very useful as is the sleep/wake function. Very much appreciated!

I'm actually not an Apple computer fan but when it comes to phones tablets they have a lock on the market and what they make is quality. Now I like this case because it's real leather and maintains the svelte nature of the iPad Air you just paid hundreds of dollars for thin and lite and classy. Do you really want to clunk it up with an inch thick case? Down sides; magnet a little weak, no vertical stand. Frankly if you can afford these toys I recommend two cases this one for 90% of the time and Zagg for rare times your really going to type a lot.

Perfect fit for the IPad Air 2. It protects the device well, and it is very light; does not add much weight at all. Highly recommended.

I always prefer the actual apple brand smart covers for my ipad. This one made for ipad air 2 is better quality than the one for the ipad air 1. I got the same light beige color for the ipad air 1 but the color quickly turned darker the worst part was the color turning wasn't the whole cover but in patches. I was scared it would happen with this one too but it didn't. I have used it for a few months now and the color remains.

It's a little pricey ....but high quality. Nice looking and fits my iPad perfectly. I did drop my iPad and it totally protected it.

I have had three different covers on three different iPads and mini's, from bulky rotation covers to just a Smart Cover. The Smart Cover is the simplest and the most slim, but I get concerned with overall protection. The bulky rotation cover seems to have the most protection, but is just that, bulky. My son dropped our first iPad in the bulky case and it hit the edge of a step just right and still damaged the charging port and home button (Murphys law, right). This case is a happy medium between the two and I like it the best.

This case is slim and not bulky. Clean. It's a great case that protects the device and is very functional. I highly recommend it.

Lightweight case that is durable. Opens and closes very easily. The stand works well on flat surfaces. A must have for your iPad.

My first venture into the world of Apple with an iPad Air 2, so had to get a nice case for it. Very thin and light, does not add much at all to the iPad, still very thin and light. Opening and closing the cover awakens / puts to sleep the tablet. All button are still accessible as is the port for the lighting connector. The cover also folds up nicely into a stand. The perfect compliment to the iPad!

This cover fits our iPad like a glove! The unit went in with a slight "snap" and is being held securely. It looks and feels great (real leather). The on-off button, volume controls & camera work while in the case and closing it puts the iPad to sleep. It will support the unit at a slight tilt or rather steep tilt or it folds back entirely to keep out of the way. Even enclosed in the case, the unit feels nice and thin. A magnetic catch keeps the cover closed or in the triangular "base" position.

Cover fits well, looks good (love the blue) and protects the iPad well. Also bends to let the iPad stand up.

I think these are the best cases for iPad. They're attractive in a wide choice of colors, durable and fit/protect perfectly. Top 'Apple' quality too.
