This is a very nice case. I repeat, a very nice case. Excellent for regular, lounging around or quick regular ipad work. It will not work well if you want to prop the ipad up for viewing a movie and the such. I own 2 of these and have found that one lies more flat when open. Kind of a bummer considering the price. If you want a tight fitting case and don't mind opening it up every time you want to use your ipad, this is the case for you. As far as the soft leather is concerned, just use a suede or leather protector spray every once-in-awhile.

Love the color, the material, how easy it is to use, how it keeps my iPad like new, and how easy it is to clean it! Would like to buy more colors!

I don't treat my mobile devices hard, so I decided to go with this Apple cover. It keeps the super-slim line of the iPad while protecting the screen and serving as a stand. It seems such a shame to put such nice looking device into an ugly case. I love the magnetic binding. It works better than you would expect and keeps everything simple.

I went to get a new iPad case and was shocked by the prices of all of the covers. I decided to spend the extra money and get an Apple product and I have not been disappointed. Snaps together easily, functional, not bulky and love the design. Just wish I didn't have to pay so much.

Apple always has products that are well designed and aesthetically pleasing, making it tough to decide to hide the product in a case. This case is made of leather and is much more attractive than other cases I've seen and the one I owned for my iPad 1. This is a very durable, professional, and light-weight case that adds to the attractiveness of the device.

This case is great, protects the Ipad, but doesn't feel big and bulky and best of all it puts the IPad to sleep when you close the lid.

The Smart Cover is perfect for anyone who would like to protect the screen of your iPad but not add too much weight or thickness. Plus the cover acts as a stand or to prop up the iPad for typing on the onscreen keyboard. The cover is not for everyone because it doesn't protect the back of the iPad, but if you are okay with that, it's a great accessory.

It does what it is supposed to do: Snug fit; Magnet holds well; Protects screen; Smart feature works well in turning iPad on and off.

bought it because it was light and offered screen protection - it does but when taking photos it sometimes falls off . it also leaves the rest of the ipad unprotected and slippery to hold. will not use unless at home as while on a recent trip the ipad slipped out of my hand and I now have a completely cracked screen. :(

This is the second Smart Cover that I buy. Although it doesn't offer protection if iPad falls, it keeps screen clean & serves as a stand. I lean towards white so the color is perfect for me. The vinyl material allows it to be easily wiped clean if it gets dirty. I purchased this on sale thanks to Besy Buy great deals. I wouldn't pay full price because it doesn't include a back cover.

Smart Cover for Apple iPad Air 2 works perfectly with my new ipad air 2 and it is very light weighted. Good product over all.
