Forced to buy this due to Best Buy's delivery and install services. Forced to pay for a function I will never use. Installer team didn't install item, until I double checked their work. Makes me wonder how many other people were forced to pay for this only for it to not be installed.

The image you see when ordering shows the Y-Splitter as having 2 male and 1 female connection, exactly what I needed. The female connection is what is supposed to connect to your water source. What I actually got is a y-splitter that has 3 male connections. This part, w/ 3 male connections, is what is actually shown on the packaging I received. I had to use the short hose in order to be able to connect everything correctly which was a problem because it added unnecessary length and therefore bulk behind the dryer. In addition, the online image shows the main hose as have a 90 degree connector, again allowing for a tighter fit behind the dryer, but what I received was a straight connector that necessitated extra inches behind the dryer causing my dryer to have to stick out further than my washer. I so carefully measured everything beforehand to make sure everything would fit correctly and by them giving me this wrong kit, it blew that plan. I had to buy an additional separate hose with the 90 degree connector to make it all fit. Best Buy needs to correct the images online or ensure their stock matches the online description. I verified that the part number on the box I received, matches the part number online. This blows.

Purchased my dryer which came with a rubber hose. Had to upgrade to the braided hose for steam function. Works as it should but should be standard with these dryers.

Finally have steam hookip to yhe dryer. There was confusion when we bought the samsung dryer. The attachment was not include even though the booklet said it was.

Best Buy completed my installation so I can’t speak about if it’s easy to install or not. However, I can say that the stainless steel looks great and it seems like it is durable and will last for years.

Works perfectly with my new washer and new dryer. Stainless steel hoses are long lasting.

The initial delivery of the washer and dryer was not so great. However, when i received more clarification of what i needed to have them installed and a 2nd delivery was scheduled. Thise guys were great. Very helpful and informative. Thanks Charles and Bobby.

it seems to be good quality, i just needed a longer hose though to reach my dryer so it would have been nice if they carried a longer lenght
