Make sure it's installed!

Ours was not installed or even left behind, and we had to schedule another delivery appointment for installation of the hose so we could use the steam feature.

Stainless steel kit

I highly recommend this product I feel safe knowing that these stainless steel connections won't fail and cause a serious leak ruining my hardwood floors. Highly recommend this product.

Best Buy can be pricey with their products but easy/Convient to just have it all in one charge instead of going to pick up at home depot or Lowes.

My only complaint is that I bought them because the salesperson said I would need them with my new dryer, but after I hooked up the new dryer I found out that it came with it's own hose and connection, so it was an unnecessary expense.
