Best Buy Customerservice went above and beyond to fix this issue. They sent the geek squad with the steam kit to install it and they gave it free of charge for the inconvenience! Great service

Although it looked like it was the last one on the shelf, i was thankful they had it. Geek Squad came out and installed.

Metal stronger than the stock plastic

I swapped it with a metal Y connector that this setup includes.

Buy the totaltech if you purchase anything of value. The great part of it is that Best Buy will install and/or mount whatever. That is worth $200 right there.
