it's needed as part of product installation and so far no issues what so ever. It's also recommended during the purchase time itself. So I did not look for any other options and happy with it.

The dryer offers a steam/ sanitize option. Which I love. What I loved even more was the attachment came with the dryer. I didn't have to purchase anything extra. During the delivery and installation they hooked it right up fast.

There's nothing too much to add for this review, but the quality is very good. I have purchased kits at other locations and you can tell if the lines are durable or not. It's worth buying.

Again, it is a necessity when purchasing a new dryer. I am not sure what there is to not like about the kit. I don't have vast knowledge of these types of things.

I choose the stainless steel over the rubber hose for safety and so far I am happy with the product. Add some teflon tape while attaching the “Y” or to the wall faucet and everything will be fine, hose has a plenty of length to use wherever you put your equipment.

Works great with my new LG washer. We had to change this part with our washer to make sure everything worked best.

It was part of the installation charge. They know what they are doing and it went very quickly!

If you want Best Buy to install your machines you are required to buy these hoses. I think that is a good thing because hoses are recommended to be replace every five years or so. That is a cheap price to pay compared to the mess if one bursts and fills your house with water.

Good quality stainless steel. My last one was rubber one. BB recommended to buy this one.

So happy to finally have the steam function enabled on our new LG washer and dryer. Installers were on time, courteous and proficient. All in all a very pleasant experience.

What can I say about a hose? It doesn’t leak and works as designed.

I bought this kit for my LG steam dryer. Let me start by saying you will need some washers from the other big box store because my Y connector would not stop leaking with the provider washer. The only part that was leaking is from the « bottom » of the Y where you connect the small hose to the bottom of the Y. And I did try everything (tightening very hard, put extra plumbers tape, taking off provided washer....). However, I then bought a set of washers from the other big box store (about $2.00) and voila! Works great now. So besides this minor inconvenience, the rest of the sets works great!

Necessary for an install. Works great. That said, its not something that matters that much.

Parts came as described and all necessary pieces were included for installation.

I’m glad I use these new connectors so that I don’t have to worry about safety issues in the future and all my clothing will come out in perfect shape. No ironing.
