It was installed by my gas company, not BB (even though installation was paid for). It was also about twice as expensive as buying it at Lowe's or HD, or directly from my gas company.

It is "generic" and not "universal"!

Check out some negative reviews where you see more details about this problem. I was not aware of this possibility. I should have bought an universal kit which includes adaptors or I could have used an adaptor with this one. The reviewed item seems to be a good product, but I think it is overpriced. The product was returned, because I could not use it as it is.
