Components for appliance hooks ups are a must. I don't feel like they should be purchased with appliance and install to get the warranty on the appliance though

Gas Company was called to complete installation(yes, they do charge) and used this connector. Yes, it works. Hurrah.

The product does exactly what it says on the box. The price was fair (slightly higher than other places) but it came with a good installation guide and some tester fluid to confirm the seal on the gas connection which was a nice touch.

Essentially needed. Haven’t got to use them yet. My range was damaged first go round. Waiting on my replacement

Buying this when purchasing your appliance is so convenient. The installers won't install without it so make your life easier and purchase when you purchase your appliance.

You will need this for when you install your range... might as well get all things new instaead of keeping the old. You can price match for a lower cost.

Works as intended for the install. Seems like a good quality gas line to. Definitely and upgrade over the older line that was connected to our old stove

The line wasn't designed the same as the old one being replaced. So of course with that came issues. The guys did the best they could without relocating my gas line. However stove won't go all the way back to the wall. :(

Anyone who has seen what a gas leak can do will tell you go ahead and replace the gas line when changing a appliance.Better safe than sorry.

small area low to ground for gas valve/pipe to slide into, if your gasline valve is up too high your range will not snug against your wall

This part is needed for the Samsung Gas Range. If you use your old gas line, it will void your warranty on your new stove.
